COZY is a 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath home located in the quaint cottage neighborhood of Waters Edge in Crystal Beach. It is one block from the beach, and the beach access is directly at the end of the street. This unit will accommodate 7 people. There is a king in the master loft with a day bed, queen in the guest bedroom, and 2 twins in the third bedroom. This home has 3tvs, 1vcr, and 1dvd. There are brand new furnishings, and a washer and dryer in the unit, and also a screened in front porch and an open porch off master. BBQ grill. This unit is now equipped with wireless internet also!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Seriously, I was extremely emotional when we got our luggage unloaded in the house and then walked to the beach. The house surpassed our expectations. Everything was very clean and adorable. We spent as much time on the screened porch as we did on the beach! It was relaxing for our whole family and we had a week filled with lazy days. My 6 year old son has an autism spectrum disorder and change is usually not his thing, but he loved the house. He had been begging for the beach for months beforehand and the close, easy walk was perfect for him. A long drive or a fight for decent parking would have had him frantic to get there. We would love to come back and stay in the Cozy Beach House in another year. The beach is only a block away, and any other shopping or whatnot is within a few minutes away. Plus, the price is definitely right when compared to a condo that isn't anywhere near as nice! Our stay was lovely and I can't say enough about it! I think the idea of a guest book in the house is neat. We got to read about other families' experiences in the house. We hope you like your stay, too. We will be back!!! (I'm going to mark the box "good for people with disabilities" because of my son, but there are stairs front and back to get into the house, so it is not wheelchair accessible, to be clear.

The house was fine but the light bulbs were all far too bright, uncomfortably so... bright enough for me to take the time to comment about them. It would make for a more relaxing stay and lower electricity bills if at least the table lamps were in the 40s.
Relaxing on the porch... in the living room... it felt like were sitting in a department store.
Other than that, everything was great. -

The house was very nice but a little crowded with too much furniture. We could have used a few more dishes in the kitchen with 7 people so we didn't have to wash them so often. It was chilly (in the 60's) and we needed more blankets for the beds. Loved the loft and the wrap around porches! Easy walk to the beach. Real estate personnel were great to work with and let us check in early with no problem.

Loved that the house had bikes, beach equipment and basketball in the back. This was the perfect vacation home for a family. Don't like that the closest access to the beach is very restricted by the local condos and pushes everyone from the private homes to scrunch on a sliver of the beach...but the comfort of the house makes up for it.

The house is the perfect "Cozy Beach House" perfect location walking distance to beach and restaurants, love the bikes, grill, and comfort of this house. This year we are trying a new rental to mix it up but our family calls this our Beach house when we talk about vacation we love this property and Dale E. Peterson Vacation Rentals is the only place we will rent from, they are top of the line in Professionalism and accuracy about their properties. Hihgly recommend this rental house.

This was the third time we rented a home in Destin for the winter and by far was the best.
The house lived up to it's title. We enjoyed everything about the house. Location, comfort and convenience.
All requests were handled by Dale Peterson Vacations in a timely and professional manner.
We enjoyed the experience so much that we have signed up for the 2013-2014 winter.

My family spent 4 days in this home. We had plenty of room. House was very clean and nice. The kitchen was filled with every thing that we needed. It looked my kitchen at home. The walk to the beach was nothing. Maybe half a block. My family has already said when we go back that they want this house

Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at the Cozy Beach House! Just a short walk to the beach, who needs to be right on the beach when you are this close! Close to shopping and restaurants you just cannot beat the location. The house was everything it was on the internet no surprises. The master is a truly a master suite with a full upstairs balcony. The house had everything we needed to cook for the week and enjoy the beach!

I have never experienced any vacation like this one. The beach house was in walking distance of the beach. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. If I had the option to buy this property I would. My overall experience here is one I definitely remember.

We have stayed in many places in Destin, over 25 visits. This one is in the top 5 picks. Great location, great layout, great extras (bikes, grill and beach chairs). Love, love, love it. However you need to find a different cleanig crew. We found dirt and dust abound, candy wrappers, empty pop and water bottles under beds. I had to do a quick clean before I let the grandchildren unpack, bummer!!!

We arrived late but we found the key without any problems. Excellent answering service at any time of the day.
The house was very nice, very well located. Too much furniture in the living room.
We did not have any towels in any of the bathrooms, and no sheets in the master bedroom. The problem was inmediately fixed.
The microwave was disgusting, dirt hanging from it.
The cleaning in general was very poor. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain the water.
Need to improve cleaning. -

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Beach House. Our family were in Destin for a granddaughters wedding on the Beach. The house was a great place to go and enjoy the beach and close to shopping. We would highly recommend Cozy Beach House to any lone coming to the area. We didn't find a grill as shown in the advertissement, but wasn't a problem.

It was our first trip to Destin and what a wonderful one it turned out to be. The house was exactly what we needed and the very short walk to the beach was great. We rode bikes every night (the bikes were in the garage as well as beach chairs, boogie boards and a grill). Thanks for the great time. I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone's family!

It was better than described. We loved our stay there and had everything we could possibly need, from cooking utensils and appliances to bikes, boogie boards and grills. The location was so close to the beach that we were there all the time. The air had this wonderful fresh salty smell that reminded you of your closeness to the ocean. The "Cozy Beach House" label was such a great and fitting title, it is exactly how I would describe it. It was spacious and exceeded our expectations for comfort and ammenities. We liked the balconies, the screened porch, cookouts in the back driveway, building sandcastles, swimming all the time and seeing all the sights. We didn't even mind the one rainy day that left us inside playing games and watching the weather from the screened in porch with the doors open. We loved our time there and already miss the place. It was so unlike all those stressful vacations we have suffered through in the past. It was so relaxing, so enjoyable. We hope to return some time next year.

The service we recieved fro the rental co. was great.They stayed in contact with me and were very helpful.The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week.It made us feel at home and very cozy.The beach is just a short walk and shopping and dining within a few blocks.We loved the location.We plan to return to destin next year and we hope to stay at the same location.I would highly recommend this cozy beach house to anyone.

We stayed at the Cozy Beach house for a week and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The home is centrally located to many areas of interest; beach, shopping and restraunts. Had we known all of the amenities included in this home, such as bikes, beach chairs, grills and games, it would of saved plently of packing. We will know next time, because we loved it enough for a return visit. We loved the cleanliness of the home and the fact that we could sit out on the porch and drink our morning coffee without being distrubed.

It is very tastefully decorated, and very spacious and roomy. All the comforts of home are right at your fingertips from the moment you walk into the home, and everything was so nice and clean. I almost didn't want to leave the home to go to the beach!! -

This is a very comfortable home. It is recently updated and well maintained. It is very close to the beach and an awesome place to stay. If we go back to Destin, we will try to stay there without a doubt. Dale Peterson Vacations is top-notch as well. The entire stay was perfect!
