Welcome to condo 400, this adorable 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of the Edgewater building. It is bright and has coastal decor. It has new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The floors are tile, with carpet in the bedrooms. There are large flat screen televisions in the living room, and both bedrooms, and 3 DVD players. The condo has ceiling fans in the dining area, both bedrooms and has plantation shutters to enhance the coastal theme. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Our family has stayed at Edgewater three years in a row. The location is great, the pool is great, the beach is great and the condos are affordable, clean and well decorated. We definitely recommend this spot. The only downfall to our trip this year is we didn't realize the condos that end in 00 are smaller and right next to the trash shoot. The master bath is so small that one person barley fits, forget two. Never again a 00 room, but definitely Edgewater...the best spot in Destin for families.

My wife and I were married May 16th, 2009 at Edgewater. She passed away this past October from a 4-year cancer illness. I felt the need to come back to our wedding site on what would have been our 3rd anniversary. I just needed a quiet reflective experience and that is exactly what I got. We've been coming to Edgewater for years and have always enjoyed it. It was a tough week...but it was necessary, and I'm grateful for the quality of our unit, the kindness of the staff, and the beauty of the grounds. Thank you.
