We truly enjoyed our stay at the Capri! Wonderful customer service. We stayed in room 114. It was clean and very spacious for my family of four. We traveled with a group of 21 people and everyone can't wait to go back next year. Thank you!!!

My daughters and I traveled to Destin mid-July and it was absolutely beautiful. From Capri 114 when you walked out the door you were literally steps from the sand. There was nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay. The condo's were nice and clean not extravgant but we spent very little time inside. In the condo itself the only thing that would have made it better was to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a laundry in the complex and it is close by. Besides that my only complaint is beach service(chairs & umbrella) ends at 5pm. It their defense, up and down the beach it is the same at the other condos. Our stretch of beach was beautiful and private to vacationers in this complex. An attendant was on site to ensure only vacationers within our complex are allowed on the private beach area. It wasn't nearly as crowded as many of the other beaches. I witnessed the attendant explain this many times to groups of people from other complexes. :) He is very polite about it. Another plus is basically you are in the center of Destin not far from shopping, water activities and restaurants. My family and I will definitely return.

We had a great stay at Capri this trip was a spur of the moment trip we got very lucky we called and they had an opening for the next day! We took it and now we know where we will try to stay every time we got to Destin!
The location was great near the mall if you want to go ther and plenty of resturants in the area also. The best thing about this is that we were right on the beach! -

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful condos and the gated security. It was so nice to be able to walk right down to the beach and you just had to step outside the room to have a breath-taking view. We will definately be back!!

It met our needs. Austin took very good care of us on the beach. We like the location and the fact that it is ground floor. Bedding could have been better. Pillows really need to be replaced.

This particular unit at Capri Beach Homes was nice. Capri is our family's favorite vacation spot! This particular unit was a little date and could use a little updating. Overall we did enjoy the stay.

My family has been coming to the Capri for at least 14 years and have stayed in several different units. We have been happy with all of them. We love that right out the door a few steps and you are on the beach. Also it is a lot more private beach than at some of the other hotels, condos. I recommend it to everyone I know who is going to Destin.

we go all year and actually, do to building a house at the lake, we didn't make it last year , so this was a much needed rest and AS USUAL, the CAPRI
came through for us.
We stayed 5 days and my relatives from Penn. came by and our grand kids came for the weekend and the place was just perfect for ALL of us.
See ya next year. We have NO complaints.. -

We stayed at the Capri unit 114 the week of Sept 7, 2009. The Capri is a blast from the past, built in the 50's so it is cute and quaint. All the amenities you need, even the internet. And they are right on the beach! You open your door take a few steps and you're on the beach. No elevators, no crowds just what we were looking for...and more!
We will be back agian and agian! -

I love the service and they or very friendly people. the home we stayed in was very nice and had all the things we needed. It also had a wonderful view and a great location you or not far from antthing but u have all the space u need and the beach was not crouded at all like at some of the resorts and that is the best think for me because i go to have a good time and relax and this is the one place i have found in destin that me and my family can do this so thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon.

My wife and I rode our motorcycle over to Destin form Louisiana. We had previously stayed at a motel the year before and found it much more enjoyable in the condo than the hotel.The condo was just steps from the beach and also was a great location to clubs, stores, and lots of places to eat.The beach was well kept,clean,and most important not crowded. We basicly had it to ourselves which in Destin is unheard of.We decided this year to try another type of vacation and regreted it. We will be going again next year.

This is a property we have been enjoying for close to 20 years. It is a small one story gated complex and each unit is uniquely decorated and furnished. The deck overlooking the sand dunes and beach is good for watching sunsets. There is no pool now that Katrina washed it away, but the beach is only steps away. Beach chairs are complimentary so all you need is a bathing suit, a towel, and a good book. It is within walking distance on the beach to one of our favorite local restaurants for lunch or dinner or you can cook out on one of the community grills. Hopefully these units will not be replaced by high rise condos and we will be able to stay here for many more years. Hope you love it as much as we do!

The property was nice, but small. The fold out couch was very uncomfortable. But we loved being so close to the beach!! I think it was a little over priced but was very glad it was available at the last minute!!

The best thing about this property was the close proximity to the beach. When we arrived the entry door knob was not functional, the toilet leaked at the base and would not flush! The refrigerator leaked water in the floor until the day before we left. The day before we left they decided to send a repairman to fix that problem, apparently for the next guest. I even had to borrow the maintenance man's tools to tighten the ceiling fan blades in the bedroom so that we could use it without the noise!!! We met other people in this establishment that had much nicer rooms. The maintenance for this room was very SUBSTANDARD!! The management company that oversees these condos was advertising a free gas card in which they refused to give us due to the fact the owner of this unit offered a better price than the management company so therefore we did not get a gas card!! Go figure, Will not spend my money there again!!!!

We spent 5 days at the Capri by the Gulf. The beaches were beautiful. It was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations I have had. The Condo had everything we needed just as if we were at home. It was just steps from the beach so it was easy to walk back to our Condo anytime.
I would definitely recommend this condo. It was a great family vacation. The kids thouroughly enjoyed it. We plan to return again every year from now on. -

This is the second time we have stayed here, the first being earlier in the year. The condo is nice but certainly nothing fancy. The location is what makes this place great for us. We took two granddaughters (age 5 and 2) and being 25 feet from the steps down to the sand is great. The beach is uncrowded and you can walk down to the Crab Trap for food.
