We had a fabulous time and the staff at Harmony Beach Vacations was very accomodating and first class. We were there the last week in april and the weather was not cooperative (cloudy and rainy) but we will definitely be going back next year. Our room was very nice and recently updated. We can't wait to go back!!!

My wife and I stayed 5 days at Capri. The condo was nice with a cozy kitchen. Everything was clean when we arrived. The wi-fi was great. The beach access was very easy, since Capri sits right on the beach. Also, there are many nice shopping places in the area. The Capri rate was good. We want to return again.

My favorite things about this property: no waiting for elevators, park your car right in front of your door and easily take your stuff inside, gated parking lot, a few steps down to the beach (i would get up for an early morning swim, take a 30 minute walk and then go back and fix breakfast), free beach umbrella and 2 chairs, very nice recently renovated, attractive bathroom. This unit had a king-sized bed that was not the most comfortable i've ever slept on, but not bad at all. Our air conditioner broke and the attempt to fix it caused the whole apartment to reek of gasoline. However they got an ozone machine in to pull out the smell, gave us a meal voucher and after replacing the unit, everything went very smoothly thereafter. I like that the people that run the property are right there. I've stayed in other condos in the area and have had difficulty contacting the owners to get stuff fixed. And they really do strive to please. I would definitely stay there again!

Found the best place to recharge the batteries and get to know my wife again. Great stay, great food in the area and great quiet time. Will be back soon! -

Lack of communication for after hours check-in was the only problem I encountered during this stay. I would suggest to owner to advise other agents who book condos to be more detailed on check-in times and give detailed instructions on what to do if you are late checking in. Provide a working contact number for after hours. Each number listed gave the option to call previous numbers that were already listed(roller coaster). We requested an iron and never got one. We just shared with another family that traveled down with us. Overall it was very good!

Very nice, cozy, cheery one bedroom place. Great location and scenary for the price! Enjoyed the community deck, but the room description was misleading making it assumed that the room came with its OWN deck.
Bad note: staff decided to sand down wooden deck chairs for the summer outside in the complex parking lot, which made for an annoying and constant noise!!
Really stupid idea, even in the off season!!!!!
Heard other guests complain as well. -

I had already reserved another place about 1/2 mile from the beach when I found out about Harmony Beach Vacations. I immediately reserved Capri 119 because it had a king bed. We didn't have a lot of expectations when we got there because all I cared about was that it was close to the beach. When we got there, we were surprised at how much at home we felt. We've stayed other places that made you feel boxed in when you had to stay in the room. Here even when the storms came and we had to stay inside, it just felt like we were at home. We liked being able to eat breakfast and dinner in the unit. The location was in the middle of Destin which allowed us to go anwhere in the Destin area in a short amount of time. The people in the other units were really nice as well as the people in the office. We loved the condo, the beach and the beach service and are definitely planning on staying here again but want to stay longer next time.

We stayed at the Capri for my little brother's
wedding and everything was perfect. Our room had
everything we needed right there for us. The bed
was very comfortable and the kids loved the sleeper
sofa. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked and
we never felt crowded at all. In all we rented 5
units for this weekend and each one was cute and
clean. This one was sunny and cool and very nice
for kids as I did not have to worry about
breakables or mess. Everything was easy to clean
up.
We took over the parking lot in front of our units
and were able to let the kids ride scooters and run
in the rain. The beach was a few steps away and a
well places outdoor shower kept the sand out of the
unit.
The only thing I would have wanted would be more
towels. A family of 4 can go through a stack in no
time. Everything else was great, from the check in
to the beach chairs. Loved it and can't wait to
return. -

We've never stayed in a condo with better access to the beach and in a nicer neighborhood than that found at Capri. The complex is clean and offers outstanding privacy. The condo could use remodeling, particularly the restroom. Of course, the location is so fantastic that such trivialities can be overlooked.
Would I book another stay at the Capri. Absolutely and, in fact, plan to vacation there next summer. -

We enjoyed are stay! The accomodations were clean, easy access to the beach, stores & restaurants. Down side no pool but I really didn't miss it once I was there. Love having the chairs and umbrellas put out on the beach everyday. Would most definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay in this extremely clean condo. Everyone was very friendly and we had invitations to cocktail parties on the beach twice while we were there. We simply loved the location...wonderful places to shop and eat, all within walking distance. Even though we had a car it was great to get up and walk to the corner coffee cafe or stroll up to cracker barrel for breakfast. It was very safe and we wish we were still there! We highly recommend!

This was the first time we had stayed here, and loved the access to the beach. It was great that beach chairs and beach umbrella's were provided daily. It was nice to have parking right at the front door and the property is gated. It is conventiently located near shopping and various restaurants. The unit was very clean with adequate towels and linens. We plan to stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Capri. My husband and I loved the fact it was gated and we could walk down the steps and be on the beach. Our little girl loved this even more, she could play outside while Mom relaxed. We watched the dolphins from the deck - and look forward to going back and we will stay at the Capri again. No crowds and family oriented was also a major plus. We loved the unit - everythig was in good working condition - and the staff was great!

I found the time I spent there relaxing,with wonderfull views and proximity to the Gulf. Near golf ,shopping and very nice choice of resturants.
The agents coundn't have been nicer or more helpful. All said and done,I had a great time and plan to return next year.

We are long time Destin vacationers. In fact, we had our very first romantic getaway in Destin and have been coming back since then.
Last year was a long overdue trip just for us, kids stayed home with grandparents. But, the place is good for family vacations also. We are already planning a family vacation for 2009 in Destin.
We feel right home at Harmony Beach, Capri. The room has the stile we like for a vocation home. We dream in retiring and live in Destin some day.

From the initial "check-in" at the office to my final check-out, there was nothing that would dampen my visit here. The staff at the front desk was as cheerful and helpful as any resort I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend!

Two of my coworkers and myself rented a condo at Capri during August of 08. We had the best fun and loved where we stayed!! We didn't have alot of money to spend on a high rise condo but we wanted to be on the beach. I found Capri while surfing for condos and hotels on Yahoo. The room as the perfect size and came complete with a full kitchen, which made staying on the beach quite a breeze! The condo was spacious and we felt right at home. We plan to make this a yearly trip and we will stay at Capri every year as long as they will have us! The hospitality was great too!
