We loved this town home. It provided the perfect amount of space for our group of 6 adults and several children ages 8 and under. It was very clean and simply decorated which was perfect when you have children around. The property managers were very attentive to any questions or requests that we had. We liked that it was a gated community with no through traffic. The only areas for improvement would be that the beds were a little soft and that wished that we would have had access to a heated pool (the pool was too cold for the week we were there), and/or an outdoor hot tub.

We were quite surprised when we arrived at unit 109. It was a wonderful unit. Very spacious and welcoming! We had two adults and 4 teenagers. We all had our own space and privacy in this unit. The walk to the beach was great, you just had to walk thru the parking lot and across the street. My only complaint is that there was no clothes iron (at least I couldn't find one). All and all it was a wonderful vacation and we will be back next summer!

We love staying at this property! This was our second year to stay here. We love that this is a somewhat secluded, gated and quite area in Destin but still a close walk to the beach! Nice pool area as well! Only downside to this unit is no patio furniture on the balconies and parking is limited for the unit otherwise a great place to stay!

Overall loved the place. Very nice property with a close walk to the beach...for you golfers it was around 300 yards. We did have to cross scenic 98 to get to our personal beach access and with our 6 and 8 year old I would have rather not cross a busy road to reach the beach. We were here in December/January of 2011/12 and traffic was not too bad, I would imagine it would be very busy in the summer.
Miramar Villa 109 was a nice place to stay, but the ammenities could use an upgrade...by that I mean:
1. The kitchen was somewhat bare in things needed...but I was able to manage with what was there. I would really have liked to have had a stocked kitchen, but I do understand why it is the basics.
2. The Tv's are outdated, there wasn't a TV with Hdmi hookup. All the Tv's were small for this day and age, a 42" flat screen can be bought fairly cheap these days and I would suggest they do that.
3. The grill was a small charcoal grill, many places I have stayed before had a really nice gas grill. I would have liked to grill, but the grill they had wasn't very inviting.
Our girls loved the condo, and the bunk beds were a hit. They really felt at home. The other beds were comfortable and the space was laid out well.
Overall the stay was plesent, but we are moving to a different location based on the walk accross the road to the beach. I would suggest this location to anyone that doesn't have small children to take to the beach.
Harmony Beach Vacation was nice to work with for our vacation, we have already booked our summer 2012 vacation with them.

Great place. Close walk to the beach. The beach access area was not crowded at all. Great pool as well! The condo was clean and beautiful. Would have loved more outdoor seating, especially on the back porchs. We had a great stay and would absolutely return!

Really nice, modern and roomy unit, very clean and well furnished. Loved the large master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Quiet area and short walk to fantastic beach. Great to have private beach area . Pool was very nice also and not crowded.

My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this lovely home in Destin, FL! It was spacious and clean and very well decorated. Everything was so convenient. Short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the outlet mall! Make sure you bring your own beach towels though, in homes we have stayed in the past they have been provided. THE HOME WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION. dECORATED NICELY.
HOWEVER FRONT DOOR DID NOT LOCK FROM THE OUTSIDE. THE LOCK WAS JAMMED AND AFTER CALLING MANAGEMENT COMPANY NOTHING WAS DONE!!!! Also there was a large wasp's nest on the back balcony. Which wouldn't have been a big deal if we didn't have to use it as our primary enterance and exit.

We went with our 2 teenagers and their 2 friends. I'm really glad we gave up beach front for the space and the condition of our vacation space :) - as it states - it is very nicely decorated! We gave them the whole upstairs which worked out great! The walk takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. This house is perfect too for 3 couples-plenty of room!

My family of four and some friends of ours stayed in the Villa for 7 days. While having 4 children under the age of 5, we had more than enough room to spread out and call it our own. We had the pool to ourselves most of the week and the walk to the beach was perfect. Chairs and beach accessories were provided. The only thing I did miss was having the outside space to gather, enjoy with friends and family. Overall this was a wonderful vacation and I would defiantly come again.

This residence is perfect for a couple, or a family. While still relatively new, it is very well decorated and equipped. Very clean and well maintained. While somewhat secluded off the main road, it provides a sense of security and safety if you have small children, but is still in the thick of the beach activities. The pool area is very nice and clean, well maintained. There is no real view here, but, we didn't spend much time sitting on the porch looking for one. It's a very short walk to the beach from this unit, maybe 300 ft., you must cross the main road. A huge outlet mall is just up the street, as well as 2 large grocery stores. There are several fast food restaurants close by, as well as convinence type stores. Three golf courses are within 1 mile. Several very good restaurants are within a 10 minute drive, and a couple of beach side bar/grills are just down the street. We really liked this unit, and we're staying there again in 2009.

and this one is by far the best one. The layout was excellent with
room to spare. Although it didn't have a beach view from the unit, the

We stayed at Miramar Villas for a week during fall break of 2008. We absolutely loved it! It was very nice and clean and was just a walk away from the beach. We plan on coming back to stay again in 2009. We would definitely recommend it to someone.

We could used to it here! We had 7 people, and there was more than enough room. Everything was new and modern. My wife loved the master bath! In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there was a set of built-in bunk beds in the second floor hall that was great for the kids.
The beach was just a very short walk through the parking lot and across the street. So, it was very easy to go back & forth to the beach. We would definitely rent here again!
Our only recommendation to the owners would be to add some outdoor furniture and maybe a nicer grill.
