Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome with large community pool and just across the street from the beach.1st floor: Living area has 42" plasma, dvd, sound system. Dining area seats 6 with room for an additional 4 at the bar. Kitchen has granite countertops, bar and all modern appliances.Bedroom with 2 Queens, 25" tv, x-box, bath and patio. 2nd Floor: King master bedroom, 32" tv, dvd, bath with double vanities, jacuzzi and patio with gulf views. There were six of us who stayed from 6/16/12 to 6/23/12 and we had a wonderful time. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable with all of the amenities that were needed. The location was great - close to the beach, close to a wonderful pool and very quiet. Each bedroom gave great privacy which was really wonderful for 3 families.
Our favorite thing was the beach and there were no negatives. -

There was supposed to be a DVD on each TV. Only one had one. The WEB broadband connection did not work!! Two of us had lap tops and could not connect. Other less important things were missing, but were supplied later.

The house was just what we were looking for in a spring break house. Plenty of room and privacy. Wireless internet was a plus. No hot tub or heated pool was a minus for this time of year, water in the Gulf and pool was on the cool side.

We loved this house it was a great place to stay, right across the street from the beach.
It in a nice little sub division with a gate. The house was beautiful and loved it. The only thing the developer came around more than i think he should but he was trying to sell the other homes so i guess it understandable.
