Our stay was wonderful. We were there for a cheer competition and two families stayed in the condo. Well, 2 moms and the girls. Three bathrooms and 2 bedrooms made getting ready each day so much nicer than if we had stayed in a hotel room. The price was slightly more than the room would have cost but was well worth it for the convenience. Nice, Clean Facility!!!

We had a great trip, we took my daughter and her 2 best friends to Destin for their spring break.
The condo provided every thing that we needed. We were directly across the street from the beach.

The condo is older and could have been maintained better, but it functioned for our month rental in February. Plenty of room; definitely big enough for 6 to 8 people.Unusually good amount of storage for clothing.Two balconies and two patios - exceptionally nice. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is very good. Appliances work fine although it took an hour and a half for even the smallest load of laundry to dry. If you're a serious cook, I'd suggest you bring your favorite frying pan and a good knife. Frying pans are bargain non-stick and knives are all serrated. The cleaning company did an excellent job.
Just across Scenic Highway from the Gulf with Gulf views.Within walking distance to several waterfront restaurants. Heated pool looks very nice, but unfortunately air was too cold for us to use in February.Great community deck on the Gulf -- sunsets were beautiful. Harmony was excellent to work with. The unit was clean, we truley had a Great time, the only bad thing that happen was when we arrived early the key was not there. we had to call and get someone there to get the key for us... We call early and told them we were coming early and Nick said it would be there! even give me the lock box # sooo that could have been really bad but John made it right so everything worked out... we have been comeing down to Destin for 20 some what years staying in same place and have never really had a bad time...Some of the units are better than others but over all great... wish we could stay in unit 10 agian it was the bomb... but when we come in May the whole family comes and it ant big enough so maybe back in sept. next year we can afford it ..Thank you for everything..Jeff Irvin, Carol Sutton & and whole Sutton family o ' Yes the Davis Family as well !!!

The weather was perfect. Not having screen doors on 3 out of 4 sliding glass doors was a negative. We would have turned the a/C off at night and left the bedroom doors and the sliding doors open. We had to use the a/C more than we liked to.

While the June grass was thick in the gulf, we were still able to enjoy other activities in/around the area. The pool was a very popular place the entire week, but it was very accommodating. Gulf Winds East, although a little older complex, still had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay.
