Set in the peaceful village of Torcross, At the Beach offers a relaxing holiday destination while still having plenty in the local area to keep you entertained.
The apartments are situated in the middle of 3 miles of single beach where you will also find a cosy pub and cafes. Slapton Ley freshwater Nature Reserve is also close by and is perfect for spotting wildlife and birdwatching.
Number 4 is a spacious and stylish ground floor apartment that benefits from views towards the beach and nature reserve. Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request and at an extra charge.

Additional notes from owner
A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.

We stayed at this modern upmarket apartment in a converted hotel on the seafront in May 2012.
The location was quiet and relaxed but with easy travel to nearby towns such as Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe and many other nearby smaller seaside villages.
Torcross has a stunningly long shingle beach with Slapton ley lake behind it.
There was a one mile walk over a hill to Beesands that had a couple of eateries, one a pub and one a beach shack.
Flat was clean, modern, with all facilities and fairly spacious. Two double bedrooms of moderate size and two bathrooms both with showers rather than baths. Spacious hallway. Fairly high specification fittings.
Coded access to building.
As well as official parking there was free parking outside the local shop and space for about 4 cars outside the front of the building.
There was a village shop 100 feet away. There were three places to eat at Torcross of which we tried two and found them to offer okay food.
Downsides
This flat didn't have a direct seaview although many of the other flats do.
The flat was groundfloor and there was some noise from flat above.
