Spent a long weekend off season with 3 other couples and found the accommodations to be perfect for our needs.Loved the screen porch and the open feel of the living room/kitchen. The master bedroom is unbelievable-wish I had the closet at home. Great location.

We rented this house because of the proximity to the beach, number of bedrooms and overall space. I was very disappointed with the front yard appearance; broken doors leading to the front porch; broken ice maker; missing or broken Kitchen cabinet doors or drawers; the TVs which were very old with limited cable options and terrible picture. Finally, on Friday 8/13, the 2nd Bedroom's Shower glass door fell on my daughter-in-law who was five months pregnant. Fortunately, for her and you, I was there along with my oldest son to grab the door before the glass broke. On Saturday, 8/14, the day of our departure, I left a message with the agent, explained the problem and my utter dissatisfaction with this incident and concern for my daughter-in-law and her baby. The response I received was I am sorry.
Given the cost versus all the problems and what appeared to be a 'lack of concern' on the part of Coldwell Banker Reality for the danger to my daughter-in-law and lack of compensation was more than upsetting to me. I don't believe I can trust Coldwell Banker to rent me a house in the future. -

We have stayed at this rental for the past 2 years and will be
staying again this October.
Location is close to everything in Dewey and a short walk to the beach. Just a short drive into Rehoboth if you want to go there.
Very well kept and clean which is important to us. We like to cook in a few nights and the kitchen is a dream, everything you need is provided.The entrance is in the rear of the building and is well lighted so feeling safe at night is not a problem. The screened in front porch is a great plus.
This is our "go to home away from home" and we hope to stay in many times in the future.
