Less than a block away to the beautiful beach and located on a great street with lots of kids, our beach house is the perfect place to get away from it all. A classic beach cottage with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowing for a great space for family reunions or some simple family downtime. You'll feel at home as soon as you walk in and see the great Pottery Barn sectional perfect for family movie night or just relaxing playing cards, games or evening cocktails with friends. The first floor bedroom is perfect for in laws or grandparents as it is adjacent to a full bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped with a smoo...th stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and plenty of dishes pots and pans and glassware for your whole group. The huge screened in porch makes a great play area during cloudy days or a great place to hang out and watch the kids on the playset in the back yard. There is a large 8-10 person hot tub in addition to ample seating options to either eat or observe the fun that include a large picnic table, wicker settee and chairs and 2 different wrought iron tables and chairs. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a kingsized bed, a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds (yes, thats right- 4 beds in each room ) which kids absolutely love! There are 2 bathrooms upstairs which keep the shower lines short. At the back of the house there is an additional deck perfect for sunbathing or happy hour with a view of the beach. Additional amenities include cable and internet, 2 grill options and plenty of space to just reconnect with family. This is a strictly non smoking no pets home. Our beach house is conveniently located a quick bike ride or walk to Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk or right into Dewey with great restaurant options in both areas, plenty of activities for kids and adults to enjoy.Read more

  We had a super experience. You couldn't ask for a better location. It is a two second walk to the beach and a very short walk to restaurants in Dewey. The street is quiet and tucked away-perfect for families. The fenced in back yard and play set were a huge bonus for kids. The house is a perfect beach house-very tasteful, comfortable, clean, plenty of space for multiple families. We enjoyed cocktails from the upstairs deck and watched the kids play below. Already booked another stay.
