22 St. Louis St.- Ocean block home with several features including two outside showers. The first floor includes four bedrooms, one being a master bedroom and a shared hallway full bath. There is a sitting area with a large tv and the ping pong table! The second floor includes two bedrooms and a shared full bath and a half bath. There is a very spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. Step out on the deck and see what is happening outside. The third floor includes one bedroom a sitting area and a full bath. So much room, bring all of your friends and family!

      awesome beach property

      This property was unbelivable we had a blast seven bedrooms all spread out and decks on three sides. We were beach block and 100 yards until you hit the sand. The family had so much room and we had 20 people there and you would never know it.Highly recommened.

      Great family vacation

      22 Saint Louis had plenty of room for our four families! The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat together. Some of the dishes and pots and pans seemed to be dingy or dirty, however. And the outside grill was not in working order:( The location was great - we could walk to anywhere in Dewey or just a very short drive into Rehoboth. And just a short walk up the block to the beach - that was wonderful! Outside shower was great, too! Seemed like it could have been cleaned a little better - kitchen floor was sticky and 2 year old stepped on a piece of broken glass on the carpet! Overall, the house itself was good, but I felt like it should have been cleaned better.

      Poor Representation

      The property was amazing... absolutely amazing house in an amazing location. The only negative part of the experience was with the rep from Coldwell Banker who didn't really seem to know what was going on with the place.

      At first he offered us in an email that if we'd been previous renters we would not be required to put down a security deposit. When he found out that we were previous renters he refused to make good on that claim. When we asked him to clarify his contradicting statements he replied that "he just wants to welcome people to the beach" and wished us luck finding a property.

      For all of the "i like welcoming people to the beach" talk we had he was nowhere to be found when we arrived to pick up the keys...even though not 10 mins earlier i called to let him know we'd be there but a little late. He was accommodating in letting us check in early, but his excuse for contradicting statements about the deposit were that "he wanted only to welcome people to the beach" something that in two trips of renting from him i've not seen.

      Finally, after checking out i confirmed with when i should expect the deposit over the phone. Only to receive an email less than 24 hours later stating that the owners wanted to run through the building the following weekend before they could refund the deposit...which is fine but i wish the rep was honest with me up front.

      Not as good as last year, but still a great house for our family

      Because of the previous renters our stay was filled with a broken TV, missing cable box in a bedroom, and a less than clean house. Many light bulbs were missing and a light didn't work. However, by Tues. of our week most of these complaints were taken care of. The house was not as clean as last year...dirty floors, windows...but it is still a great house for our large family and the location makes up for much!

      The house was in a great location and perfect for a group of friends. All the rooms were a great size and plenty of bathrooms. We stayed in the off season so we didn't go to the beach, but there are great decks to enjoy the weather.

      Fantastic Family Togetherness

      Spacious house on ocean block; what more can one want? There was lots of room for us not to be stepping on each other's toes, for the teenagers to hang out, for the little ones to run! Well built to withstand little feet running up and down stairs, bouncing on the living room floor. There was mention of feeling washing machine vibration. Our only negative: house had not been cleaned, maintained before we arrived; miscommunication with the cleaning service. (Some of it was really gross.)
