7A Van Dyke St.- Ocean block duplex, located .5 blocks to the beach. Enjoy the water views from the two decks. The unit has one bedroom and bath on the first level. The first level also has an open and spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The second level has a master bedroom and bath, and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Off street parking is not a problem with the unit’s private driveway.
*This is a non smoking unit. Access to unit requires one flight of stairs.

The home that myself and a couple of friends stayed in for the week in Dewey was complete with everything we could ask for. The home was comforting, and everything as described. Not to mention the awesome location, as it was literally 20 steps from the beach.

This rental was terrific. It is close to the beach, very spacious, a large back yard, and the parking amazing. Within the rental was everything you would need for a vacation. Outside there was a grill, picnic table and beach items to use. We could not have asked for more. We rented through Coldwell Banker, with Tricia Sulecki. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every step of the rental process. Easy arrival and drop off service.

We love the service that Carla gives us thru Coldwell Bankers. She is awesome!!! Our condo we enjoy and like this will be our 3rd year at it!!! We use to come with our young children (for over 25years) now we come with our grown children and grandchildren. We have also included others families to come with us!!! We love the area for our families and extended families summer vacations!!

We've stayed next door in 7B for several years and loved it, but decided to try out 7a this year. It was even better! Cleaner, more modern, etc. The owner of both properties thinks of everything! They provide paper towels, cleaners, beach toys, beach chairs, charcoal, all of the things you'd hope to find in a rental, but rarely do. Not only that, but there are hundreds of books and movies to choose from! I've stayed in a lot of houses in Dewey over the past 25 years and this is by far the best...closely followed by 7a!

For the last 40 years my wife and I have spent a week in Dewey for vacation. In the beginning it was just the two of us,then our son and daughter. Now we are shareing Dewey Beach with grandchildren.

No major issues, this home had been rented by us in 2009, close to beach, resturants, shopping, no pets (good) teenagers all had fun.

Having this house so close to the beach made it very easy and convenient. There was no hassle over going to and from the house. Since this house was just outside the busiest part of town there was not much traffic or noise near us which was nice. Overall I had a great time while staying here and look forward to coming back
