11 Bellevue St.- Large single family home located a ½ block to the beach. 2 levels of living and an awesome roof top deck! The floor plan includes a second floor living area complete with a wet bar, hall bath and the laundry area. There are five bedrooms on this level- two master bedrooms and two bedrooms that share a conjoining bathroom. The third floor bedding includes a large master suite with a Jacuzzi soaking tub. There is room for everyone in the very spacious living, dining and kitchen area. If you’re an outdoor person you will enjoy the large covered decks off the front of the home.

This is a great house for a large group that spends most of their time eating in and going to the beach. The double bar design in the kitchen gives you a great deal of seating. Multiple decks and living levels give options for getting away from the group when desired. The decor is well done and the kitchen supplies are great. There is plenty of parking which is important when so close to the beach. Great views from the top deck. If I had to recommend something to the owners it would be to add more seating to both decks, clean the refrigerator in the garage, and either replace or toss the grill its' a mess.
