Blue Surf unit 16D- Located in the ocean block on Rodney Avenue less than half a block to the ocean. This home is a three level end unit town home with water views from the front decks. The floor plan includes two bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bath. The second floor includes a powder room, open living, dining, and kitchen area. The third floor features three bedrooms one being a master suite. Enough space for everyone! For the folks that like to eat outside there is a charcoal grill and a picnic table for your enjoyment.

Middletown, DEWe did the beach and shopping right before school started.
Left on 10/16/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We had 4 teenagers and two 8 year olds plus my mom and we were very comfortable. The beach was right there,and we were close to the outlets so we did school shopping, jungle jims waterpark and much more. The local store owners were giving deals left and right. It's a great spot and we enjoyed it.
