The Chautauqua Lake area has many fun thing to do. Powerboats, pontoon boats, fishing boats and jet skis are available with or without a captain at the nearby Chautauqua Marina. Sailboat charters and fishing guides are also available. Cookout on the large spacious deck in the evenings and enjoy a cocktail. Visit one of the many fine restaurants in the area. Nearby Midway Park is a very old amusement park with loads of charm. Our stay was wonderful and the owner very acccomodating. Sleeping arrangements were able to accomodate 3 generations comfortably (6 of us). Condo is very clean, comfortable, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked as far as cooking utensils, dishes and cookware. The heated pool is an ideal temperature for family fun. Kayaking on the lake made the stay extra enjoyable. The TVs in 3 rooms were wonderful for winding down in the evening before sleep. I recommend this unit to anyone.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Chautauqua Lake this summer. We really appreciated the clean, comfy and equipped rental provided by the owners. The pool was a great source of entertainment and the views were beautiful. We would definitely return.

Where to begin? The owners were a pleasure to work with (even going above and beyond with answering all of our questions!). The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated and the view was breathtaking. We spent a wonderful week sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset over beautiful Chautauqua Lake. This was a "return to our roots" vacation since we grew up in the area and we were not disappointed. We absolutely loved the condo and would recommend it to friends and family! It had all the amenities of home and exceeded our expectations! We know where we'll stay next time... right here!!!

This is a very nice, very clean, well maintained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the lake. It is located in a safe gated community and is just a short walk to the pool.
After a long day of boating, skiing or sightseeing we have enjoyed grilling on the spacious deck appreciating the beautiful view of lake and also offering a great place for star gazing with cocktails well into the night. The large living room allows everyone a place to sit with a huge TV, stereo and fireplace. Tv's in each bedroom. Everything you need for any length of stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this condo - perfect location and peaceful surroundings. Kids played outside and the views were a great way to relieve the stress. Condo had everything we needed and a few extra's provided by owners. My husband loved the big TV - I enjoyed the nearby shopping and we all enjoyed the skiing.
