Large and completely renovated in 2008, this spectacular holiday house is finished to high European standard. 4 double ensuite bedrooms, (4double beds and extra 2x singles can be provided), all with ensuite shower rooms (master bedroom has bath as well).

We found this house by chance on the internet and were very happy with our choice. This is our second trip to Diani and have stayed in two stunning properties. The location of Cinders is fantastic - 2 minutes from Ukunda airstrip (2 daily flights from Nairobi on 540) and a 2 minute stroll to the beach.
The pool is beautiful and our kids spent every minute they could in it. The house has 4 large bedrooms, all en-suite, the master bathroom including a bath, all had air conditioning which was very welcome at night.
The staff, Gertrude, Nixon and Benjamin were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Marc, the owner was very welcoming (next time I fancy trying a go on your micro light!!).
We ate in 3 of our 5 nights and 2 nights we ate out at 40 thieves (great beach bar with good food where kids can run around on the fabulous beach) and Nomads (more upmarket than 40 thieves but great location and good food).
We went jet skiing at Ocean Dreams (about 15 minutes away by taxi next to Lantana Hotel) and enjoyed what my daughter described as the ;'the coolest thing she has ever done in her life...' Well worth the money (and the aching muscles the following day).
The house is as relaxing as you could get, the kids were able to watch Dstv on a great TV when they were tired and it was too hot. Thoroughly recommended. Look after the staff and they will really look after you. Don't be surprised to see us back Marc. -

Cinders House is a lovely comfortable home from home. All the bedrooms were lovely and clean, Gertrude the maid worked hard to make sure that we had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic, lovely and warm, all the gardens are well maintained, the kitchen is well equiped. A couple of minutes walk to a lovely beach, shops are within walking distance. Quad biking was a great experience riding through the local villages and the best of all was a flight in Marc's micro light, taking off and landing on the beach, what an experience, in fact what a holiday, we all had a fantastic time, would love to return soon.

Cinders house is a beautiful house, superbly decorated, and perfectly located, close to the beach but away from the main road. The pool is large enough to enjoy swimming, and the outdoor areas are perfect for family/big group lounging. The arrangements for food were excellent. A fish monger came daily and delivered well priced local fish in the mornings. the chef, Nixon, made delicious meals and the assistant staff meant we barely lifted a finger. Really well set up and a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break.

Myself and 6 friends booked this Villa last minute and it couldn't have suited our needs more. Mark was extremely accommodating to our persistent questions before and after arrival. The maid was extremely efficient and the chef was brilliant. After our first night we ate in every night.
We were able to walk everywhere, the shops (15mins), the beach (5mins) or the adventure centers (10mins).
The rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable and the pool in a wonderful condition.
Having met plenty of people in Diana and seeing where they were stayed I can confidently say we were far and away in the best house. -

We stayed at Cinders for a long weekend getaway from Nairobi with a small group of friends. We had several children with us (age range 9 months to 11 years) and everyone had a great time. Marc was very hospitable and even helped us to organise a great chef who not only made fantastic meals but also made fresh bread every morning! The house was very comfortable and clean, with lots of places to relax together, and places to escape for those of us who wanted to! The deck area and pool were great, and we spent every waking hour swimming! I would highly recommend Cinders, and we plan to return! Thanks for a great stay, Marc!

Oftentimes rental houses rented on the Internet disappoint a bit after arriving. With Cinders this is the other way around: it is so much better then on the website! The house it beautiful and spacious, the pool enormous and Marc and his staff mist welcoming and helpful. The amazing white sand beach is three minutes away. We stayed with four adults and four kids and had the best beach holiday ever! The only negative thing I can come up with is that you have to leave Cinders at the end of the vacation...
P.s. Hire the cook if you'd like to eat wonderful meals. -

The accomodation is spacious, private and close to all Diani's facilities, especially the sea. If you want to stay in you have a luxurious pool and relaxing facilities for the whole family. If you need to fly in, the Diani airport is close by. We were collected from the airport in Mombasa and treated better than hotel guests. Mark Hawley the manager was most hospitable.
