CopenhagenNice and quiet with 10 minutes to the beach
Left on 12/09/2012 for a stay in July 2012
The staff is very helpful and the service is very fine.
It is not luxury but it is clean and nice and the basic is okay.
The location is a bit fare away from the shopping centers but the garden is very nice and quiet.
The aria is typically Kenyan.
We liked the beach very much, it is 10 minutes' walk and the ocean is beautiful.
There is an opportunity to go on a safari.

It is a nice quiet traditional house with a beautiful garden, the stuff is very friendly and the cook his name is augustino is service is included in the daily rate cooked very delicious food. The place is about ten minutes away from the beach. The maintainance of the building could be better but we enjoyed our stay very much. The Housekeeper Robert from Denmark is very friendly and helpful.

Taastrup/CopenhagenMarvellous place - value for money
Left on 10/23/2012 for a stay in August 2010
Back in august/September 2010 we spent nearly 3 weeks in Villa Pierre on this great location. No luxury but all you need, and you are well cared for - in fact the whole staff seem eager to give you a perfect stay. The garden offers a fantastic variety of rare flowers, and you have a feeling of safety because of the fence and guard at night. The lodge is situated very close to the most fantastic beach and native villages, and besides offers a perfect starting point for safari tours, a trip to Mombasa, or for diving activities. We had a great holiday and would be pleased to go back there sometime.

Årsdale/ BornholmEr du til det uforudsete så er det Kenya.
Left on 10/17/2012 for a stay in January 2010

61381 Friedrichsdorf, GermanyKenya review 2012
Left on 10/16/2012 for a stay in February 2012
From 07. to 22.02.2012 I was in Kenya for holiday. The exact address for the place where I stayed was:
villa Mwangi,Bougain Villas II, Po Box 5404, Diani/Kenya
"Villa Mwangi" is build, together with "Villa Monique" and "Villa Pierre", on the same plot. It is surrounded by a hedge. Water and electricity is present. The villas are double storey bungalows built in tradional coastal architecture and very well placed around. The garden is a green oasis. In the middle of the garden there is a Jacuzzi whirpool and under a roof you can play billard. All things around are very private and quiet and you benefit from the always present sea breeze. To the beautiful white sand beaches you have a 10 minutes walk.
In the "Villa Mwangi" is the living area upstairs and open plan under the thatched roof. To reach the living area you climb the central staircase. Downstairs there is a large veranda, two double bedrooms whit fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning, the bathroom with shower and toilet, the kitchen for self-catering, fully equipped. Seating/Dining area for 6 people. Daily cleaning, linen provided, towels provide.
The heart of "Villa Mwangi" and all things around is the team: frienly, helping always, laughing often.
Owner, administrator, gardener/man for all things, housegirl, cook for each house if wanted. In services: security man during nighttime; taxitriver if needed.
Diani has a well developed touristic infrastructure. Possible local activities are e.g.: Safari, sailing, fishing, tennis, golf.
I enjoyed very much making a safari, go swimming in the ozean, going for a bier in a beachbistro.
Rental Rates are ok.
So at the end: I did enjoy all things and was happy, without the high temperature. Everybody who wants to go to this place should look for the right time of the year. -

CopenhagenPeace and quiet.
Left on 10/10/2012 for a stay in November 2011
The staff - Geoffrey and Miriam - are very nice and will do everything to make your stay a wonderful time.
The villa is not "wild luxus" but the garden and the surrounding area is. Lots of flowers and friendly people every were.
The small pool in the garden is very good if you need a "cool dip", and the "big swimming pool" . The Indian Ocean - is only a short walk away (10 min.)
The peace and quiet surroundings and the cook that make all kind off delicious food.
