Villa Punda Milia 2brms and Villa Mapenzi 3brms. This is an ideal location for anyone seeking a relaxing sunshine beach holiday. It is especially good value for families or groups of friends out for a good time in the laid back and relaxing coastal idyll.

Additional Location Information
Diani Beach is a major beach resort on the Indian Ocean coast of Kenya (in eastern Africa). It is 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Mombasa, in the Coast Province.
The beach is about 25 kilometres (16 mi) long, until it merges with the small town of Ukunda, which has a small airstrip. The water remains shallow near shore, with some underwater sandbars near the surface which allow wading with a clear view of the sandy bottom. Inland from the beach, there is extensive vegetation (see photo at right), including numerous palm trees which cover the coastal areas, unlike the dry acacia trees of the mountainous Kenyan Highlands.
The general area is known for its coral reefs, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and for the closely located Shimba Hills National Reserve, a wildlife reserve which looks out over the Indian Ocean. Diani Beach has high-class restaurants, hotels and two shopping centres.
Diani Beach is also a popular kitesurfing location.
Transport in Diani is either walking, use "matatu" local transport, or via private taxi. The location of the villa you do not need a car.

Paris, FranceVacances relaxantes dans une maison tout confort
Left on 06/12/2013 for a stay in May 2013

NairobiGreat weekend in Diani
Left on 05/02/2013 for a stay in April 2013
We were a group of 7 friends and we rented the house for a weekend. The house is really nice and very conveniently located. It came equipped with towels and kitchenware, and a bottle of white wine in the fridge (thanks agnes!). The staff was very friendly and professional, and Robert, the chef, cooks fantastically. Agnes was very welcoming and I definitely recommend her house for a relaxing weekend in Diani!Anna

SjöboA luxury villa with exellent service and staff

The villa was perfect, especially since it had a private pool. The service was superb, they have really found the perfekt combination of people to work in the villa. A special thanks to the chef, his food was wonderful. The location was 200 m from the beach in a gated community, so it was also perfekt. No problem with taxis, we used the same company all the time. This villa was overall perfect for our vacation.

What can I say! My Husband, myself, Daughter and Son (both adults) have just returned from our holiday in Kenya.
We stayed at Villa Punda Milia Diani Beach. The Villa, gardens and pool are beautiful. We really did not want to come home The Villa is just like the pictures, but even better. It is clean and well maintained..Mike who keeps the Villa clean and Omari who looks after the pool and the garden are lovely lads and work very hard.
We hired Robert the Chef a few times and the meals he cooked were delicious. We would certainly recommend him (his meals were better than the ones we had at The Cave and The Sands at Nomads and they were pretty good)
We felt very safe at all times, the Villa is in its own grounds, with Villas either side of it. It is in a small compound, which is guarded day and night by security guards.
The beach is about 200 metres away, with beautiful white sand and the sea is warm. It is quite safe to walk to the beach in the day time, there are beach boys about, but if you say no politely, they leave you alone.
We were advised to get Taxis in the evening, before we arrived we thought this was because it was not safe to walk about on your own, but I think this is because there are no street lights once you come out of the compound and the road is dark and very busy.
We used Kim the taxi driver to take us out in the evening and to go to the supermarket (bit too far to walk in the heat of the day) Kim also picked us up at the airport, and took us back on our return. He was very helpful. This was arranged by agnes
We went on a four day Safari while we were there. to Tsavo East and West and amboseli. We arranged this before we left the UK. We used Natural World Mombasa Safaris,Humphrey the manager was fantastic, he arranged a wonderful private safari for us at a very good price. We also used them to go to Wasini Island dhow and Dolphin day excursion when we were back at the Villa.well worth doing. Humphrey is very reliable and honest, we would recommend him.
We have only been home two days and wish we were back at Villa Punda Milia (it is very cold here) sitting on the amazing outside balcony/veranda being joined by the monkeys and baboons at the end of the day on their way back to the forest.
Villa Punda Milia is an amazing place, we loved our holiday. Thank you agnes and Mark for sharing your lovely home with us and for all your help. -

Left on 02/21/2013 for a stay in January 2013
If you want to find a great villa with friendly and service minded staff in a calm area but close to the beach, bars and restaurants, this is it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept the villa and garden in a great condition. It was also very convenient to let the chef buy the food and cook, so no hassle buying and cooking food.
If you dont want to dip your toes in the ocean there is a nice pool in the garden. -
