The Milking Barn was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The swimming pool very refreshing and kept kids (and adults) occupied for hours. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Garden centre is well worth a visit. If we are holidaying in that part of the country again we will definately book again.

The cottage was spacious and comfortable set in a very peaceful location with lovely countryside views. The owners were very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our fortnight immensely as the cottage is in the middle of wonderful walking country and close to several interesting towns.
The only down sides were the lack of work surfaces in the kitchen and no freezer/freezer compartment in fridge which meant that we had to shop every other day which was a little inconvenient as the nearest shops were a few miles away. There is plenty of space for more work surfaces and a freezer and I believe that the owners do intend adding them which would immensely improve the convenience of the kitchen.
Overall a great holiday and a brilliant place to stay.
