Found this place on trip advisor, e-mailed the owner and got a prompt reply, got the answers we needed, was sent an agreement , sent it back and voila! Quick , easy process .
Upon arrival we met up with a very pleasant lady, didn't get her name, she was just finishing up the clean up, big rat warf bike rally the night before , she handed us the keys and settled in .
Nice big house with great wood work , 2 living rooms, one of witch is full of pamphlets of local attractions ,maps and so on.
nicely stocked bathrooms and kitchen , close to everything, wharf, shopping and most importantly , liquor store ( LOL ). Had a great time thanks again Mr Yeoman!!Response from Edward Yeoman - 10/26/2012

Thanks Yves , I'm glad everything was good. Next year we'll have a wireless router to make internet use a little easier.

This 400 year old home, has so much character and old charm beauty. Loved the spacious yard and location to the downtown area. Great shops and small tea houses were amazing. Amazing local pub as well. A great location from various sites in the area.

Owner
Thanks for your great response! Prince William House is actually built in the 1840's, but no problem :) I'll work on a new lock for the upstairs bathroom.

Nouveau-BrunswickNice location, older house with charm ...and everything else :(
Left on 08/02/2012 for a stay in July 2012
At first we were excited lots of room, good location but house needs some TLC...we had some problems with allergies (moldy smell)...and mice.
Response from Edward Yeoman - 09/28/2012
Owner
We have been renting this house for ten years now and this is the first time we have had any mice. They have been removed and the attraction for them has also been removed. I'm very sorry that this guest had to experience this.
The house is 170 years old, it is not a modern hotel. The vast majority of our guests are very happy to stay here. It remains a very comfortable and affordable place for a family to stay. It's a large fully equipped house that sleeps 8 for $750/week.
