Our group has stayed in this house before so obviously we like the place. This year we were disappointed to find filthy windows that obscured the view for which we came. There were weeds growing through the deck. Perhaps most disappointing was the fact that the hot water didnt work in the master bath. I dont generally complain about the little stuff but at a premium price I expect premium condition, and when Dillon Beach Property Management asked me to fill out a review I figured I would go ahead and do so.
We were also somewhat disappointed to arrive and find EVERY light in the house had been left on during the middle of the day. Just a pointless waste of energy.
