Canyon del Sol sits at the top of the Dillon Beach bluff and offers sweeping views of both Tomales and Bodega Bays and the Pacific Ocean. Featuring a spacious, open floor plan and unique details(the floors are reclaimed wood from a 100 year-old Vermont school house), this custom built beach house keeps families and friends coming back year after year!

This 3000 sq. ft. beauty offers 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a plexi-glass walled patio with gas BBQ, hot tub, an outdoor playhouse for children, wood-burning fireplace, satellite television, DVD/VCR, wireless internet, and an automated backup generator.

The gourmet kitchen is as perfect fo...r a Top Chef as it is for a beginner foodie, boasting granite counter tops, a Viking Professional range, a butcher block island, and nearly every food preparation tool you will require. The dining room faces the ocean, the perfect vantage for watching the sun set as you dine.

The living room will delight you with its large windows, comfortable leather furniture, and cozy fireplace. The windows offer expansive views of the Pacific ocean that are perfect for watching whales or surfers through our telescope.

The master suite is a safe and serene haven. The bedroom has a California king-size bed that looks out to the ocean. French doors lead out to a private area on the deck. The bathroom is an experience in luxury. Climb into the large porcelain soaking tub or enjoy the large, double shower. Bathroom also features dual sinks and a substantial walk-in closet.

Also on the main floor, you'll find a washer and dryer, large freezer, and a beach shower. The main garage houses a ping-pong table with all the accoutrements for a friendly tournament. Also in the garage is a dog bed (that can be brought into the house) for your favorite four-legged friend.

Downstairs you will find three more beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a quaint reading area (Take a book, leave a book) with a sleeper sofa and futon chair, a second patio, and the all-important hot tub.

Outside, you can lounge in the Sky Chairs, watching the sun set or the local wildlife play. Hawks soar, bunnies hop, and deer play in the canyon below.

And that's just the house! The beach is a short 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk down the hill. You can swim, surf, body board, or just enjoy the incoming waves at Dillon Beach. Bodega Bay is a 20 minute drive away and there are numerous other activities in the area.

Simply put - Dillon Beach is Northern California's best kept secret. Come share in the tranquility. Canyon del Sol is the perfect house for company retreats, family vacations, or a romantic weekend getaway.
