This condo was exactly what our family needed and was just big enough to comfortably stay in. The fireplace and unlimited firewood was a big plus to come home to after a long day on the slopes. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen provided anything you would need for cooking which we did plenty of. A1 Vacation Rentals made our stay very easy and enjoyable!

A1 rental provided an outstansding service by making the whole process very user friendly, from reservation to checkout. This two bedroom appartment was very well stocked with all the amenities we could think of. Our family spent time skiing, and the proximity to the hills made the vacation that much better. To our great pleasure, the appartment was very clean and the pool/hot tub facility was extremely well kept. No doubt I reccomend this setting for people seeking value for their dollar and a stress free vacation.

Marina Place condo is a great place to start your skiing vacantion. The 2BR and 2 BR was cozy and comfortable and the perfect size for our group. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay.(clean towels,firewood and cooking equipment). Marina Place was the perfect location with 6 skiing resorts only a short drive away. The local restaurants/bars are just a short walk away. The checkin/out process was easy and the condo was extactly the way it was describe on the website. Marina Place had a heated pool and hotube that helped with a long day on the slops. Lastley the price was the best we found in the area and it was well worth it!!! We will comeback to Marina Place again next year.

Making the arrangements on line we felt somewhat aprehensive. We did not need to be. the experience was better than we expected.the unit was as advertised and very comfortable. Dillon, CO was central to all we wanted to do. The rental agent was very attentive to our requests and needs. He should get a raise. What I liked least was that we only stayed one month. Next year--Oregon. I could write more but it would just be more praise for the rental agency and the wonderful experience we had.

We have stayed at 212 Marina Place this past July. The condo has everything needed for a great stay. It is comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Carpet can use some deep cleaning or perhaps even be replaced by laminate flooring in high traffic areas (dining and living rooms). Overall, great place.

Frankly, this place is old. Its comfortable enough, but it is need of real updating. Wires from the TV hanging out, xmas tree lights strung on push pins on the walls, etc. Kitchen appears to be somewhat updated. Furniture old and has some stains, but clean. Deck was absolutely dirty - we didn't dare open the doors. Sort of dark, even with shades drawn. Dillon is looking pretty old and tired - Frisco was much more dynamic. Not a bad place to stay if you get a real good price

I had a great time, and this rental unit was everything it was supposed to be. I would have given it 5 starts, but there were a couple little items that could have been better. First off, if you have several couples going, space out your showers, cause you'll only get 1 or 2 at most before the water is cool. And don't let anyone plan on sleeping on the pull out without bringing a mattress pad or blow up. It was not comfortable at all. Lastly, they want you to bring your own towels for the pool and hot tub, but the only notice of that was on the sheet they gave me to check in... counter-intuitive. Having said that, we wanted a warm place, w/ fully loaded kitchen to hit the slopes. This was it at a bargain! Cheers.

The place had a great flour plan, did not wake anyone with the bedrooms being split. There were many thoughtful amenities, such as; a waffle iron, wood cut to burn and soaps for all needs. The TV cable had not been reconnected correctly, management quickly came and corrected. The pool/hot tub/sauna were great.
The sofa bed was not near as comfortable as the other beds, they really were.

Loved the apartment - felt like an 'old fashioned' vacation because everything was not new but gently used. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay stress free.

The home itself was very good, and I would stay there again. However, being 71 years old, and having osteoarthritis of the joints, the stairs were an issue. The location was very good, the proximity of the lake and restaurants was very good. The service was excellent with A1 rentals. The home itself was very comfortable, with all attributes. However, if it were available on ground level, or have an elevator, it would be better for my choice again in the future.

This unit was one stair flight up from the covered parking area and so not too exhausting carring up boot bags and luggage for us lowlanders moving up to 8,000 feet. It was large and comfortable and while well lived in, not new, has all the cooking utensils and fine cookware and such to make living there for a week simple and easy. There was pleanty of firewood, but no kindling or newspaper. The wide sqreen flat HDTV was nice once we figured out the remotes. Beds were comfortable. Showers stayed hot. We would be happy to return.
