The Yacht Club on Lake Dillon is centrally located in Summit County and is directly on the shores of the lake. The property has new wood floors in living, kitchen area and carpet in the bedroom. The white bedding and pillows are also new. You have two entrances - one from the parking lot and one from the lake side. On the lake side, you are on the second floor facing West with a deck that has stairs going down to the huge green lawn that borders the lake. The other entrance is from the unassigned parking lot where you walk straight into the property with just three steps up.

This property can be described as a 1 bedroom suite in a hotel setting, about 450 square feet. The bedroom has a seperate door as does the toilet/shower area. The rest is one room with the kitchen and living room combined. The bathroom vanity can be accessed seperatley from the shower/toilet.

Bedroom 1 - One queen bed with white, hotel quality, linens and 4 feather pillows. The fireplace is electric and wall mounted with a remote control and is located opposite the bed.

Living Room - One pull out sleeper in the living room with all bedding provided, including two feather pillows.

This property has a shared entrance with one other property. You enter from the parking lot - we are the door on the right with the keyless entry door knob and a welcome mat.
