Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 bath unit with a wood stove. The Complex has a Clubhouse with an indoor pool, sauna and Washer & Dryers. This complex is on the Free Summit County Shuttle Line.Summer is also a great time to visit. In the summer, Lake Dillon is the venue for many sailing regattas and other boating events. It is also home to the highest yacht club in North America; it stands over 9,000 feet high. You can rent a boat or learn to sail at the lake's marina. When we first arrived, the place had not been cleaned and the key to the clubhouse did not work. But the management immediately sent someone to clean up and take care of the clubhouse key. Things went really very well after that. The unit was cleaned well and was just what we needed for our ski trip. Although the clubhouse was a bit of a walk, the hottub was large and nice.
It was very nice that they delivered free firewood for the wood stove. Nice to have that fire on a cold night.

I have stayed at about a dozen Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne rentals, and unfortunately this was clearly the worst. I provided this feedback to Mountain Managers and unfortunately received no response from them.
Issues:
I was contacted twice after my initial inquiry with different prices from different reps, and neither offered the advertised 4th night free promo from the website.
The place is horribly dated and in need of some basic updates, including repair to the knob lock on the front door.
A bad map is provided at check-in with an address that leads to building H but no clear indication that we were supposed to be in building a.
No one answered the after-hours line and we were not called back even the next day
The unit smelled like garbage had been left for a week and just removed
There were no towels in the 2nd bedroom
There was no firewood provided and no indication of where it was located (although it said there would be)
No indication of where the clubhouse/hot tub was (finally found it by driving around
The television did not work for regular channels or cable, just static
There were bars of half-used soap stored in the folded-up spare blankets
The parking lots were not plowed the entire 4 days we were there.
Overall, we were very disappointed in this unit, and the lack of response while we were there or as a follow-up courtesy. We will unfortunately not be using Mountain Managers properties again.
Additionally, the cost was the same or higher than much better properties in the area - if we hadn't had a 4th night free promotion with them, I may have turned around, checked out and asked for a refund for myself and our friends.
The only positive I can say about this place is the location is very convenient to I-70, but there are tons of others right in the same vicinity. -

Everything was easy and convenient; had a bit of a problem with the toilet flushing mechanism breaking over the weekend; fortunately my husband was able to make it work; rapid reply on Monday to the message I left; well stocked kitchen, hot tub appreciated by skiers; prime location. Thanks!!
