Ski Tip Townhomes are nestled in East Keystone surrounded by wooded areas and mountain views beyond. Built in 1997, this 1,537 square foot townhome is spacious and modern with vaulted ceilings throughout the living area and master bedroom.

The large entryway offers plenty of space and stone tile floor. Off of the entryway is a half bathroom. Continue to the beautiful kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home. The dining table seats six with three additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Both the dining room and living room are graced with floor to ceiling windows allowing... plenty of natural sunlight into the home. The large deck overlooks the common area hot tubs, just steps away, with a table for four, a gas grill and a forest and mountain view for a back drop.

The livingroom boasts a 40” flat screen television with DVD player and surround sound. Furnished with a comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), two additional chairs, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings, this room creates a comfortable and inviting living space for your family and guests to enjoy.

The bedrooms are located on the second level of the property. Head upstairs to the landing complete with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom offers a beautiful four poster queen bed, vaulted ceilings and a 20” flat screen television. The en suite master bathroom has his and her sinks, glass enclosed shower and separate jetted tub for pure relaxation!

One of the guest bedrooms is equipped with a queen sleigh bed and bright bedding. The third guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a 27” television and DVD player for the children to enjoy. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway adjacent to both guest bedrooms. The sleeping capacity for this townhome is eight with the use of the living room sofa sleeper.

This property also offers a single car garage, additional parking space for one, complimentary Wifi and access to two common area hot tubs located just steps away from the front door.
