Stunning Lake Dillon Vistas

You cannot imagine the "drop dead" lake views that greet you as you walk through this top floor unit to the outside deck and marvel at the vista........Lake Dillon, shimmering in the summer sun or crystalline against the winter sky, is just past the service road and bike path....very few units here in Dillon can claim this picture post card view....

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 800 sq. ft. unit sits on the uppermost floor-no ski boots banging above you or maintenance man walking by-we are also very close to the outdoor pool (summer only) and large outdoor hot tub/spa......

We are long time managers of our unit but just starting with Fl...ip key.....

We sleep 8 comfortably (2 twins in one bedroom that can easily go together as a king, a queen and 2 bunk beds in the other bedroom and a pullout queen sleeper in the living room).....the decor is "Marina Style"-lots of blues, yellows and nautical details.....the spaces are very light, airy, fun, comfortable and durable......

The kitchen is fully equipped for at least 8 guests with lots of storage and a good supply of condiments, spices and staples.....there is a gas BBQ grille on the deck also.........

Internet, TV's and stereo are all included as well as an assortment of coolers, lawn chairs, sleds and games.........the woodburning fireplace is cozy year round and we provide the firewood......

Dillon is a gem of a town-with it's "just out of the way" charm you can find every national retail chain or restaurant within a few blocks or walk to the lake and be completely secluded from everthing except the unobstructed views.........We have very good local pubs and resturants 1/2 block away as well as the free county wide shuttle service........

All the ski areas are also close by-with our so central location you can find Interstate 70 just 1 mile away, Breckenridge 9 miles, Keystone 6 miles, Copper Mountain 9 miles and Arapahoe Basin and Loveland a bit further....Vail and Beaver Creek are 1/2 hour drive......

And don't forget about summer here-we have a world class marina around the corner, the amphitheatre with weekly music shows all summer, the playground and the bike path, which we cannot say enough about....and, of course, some rather large mountains and forests to enjoy any of your favorite activities....

We are just 1 mile south of Interstate 70 along the south shore of Lake Dillon-every winter and summer outdoor activity you can imagine is close by as well as an amazing variety of shopping, eating and entertainment choices....and do not forget our 14,000 ft. peaks, forests and the spectacular Rocky Mountains.....we are 1/2 block from the free county wide shuttle service and have ample parking in our lot....
