All was in order and as we have found the properties from Wilderness which is just as they have been presented when originating the rental. Just this time it smelled as if someone had been smoking in the unit.

My daughter and grandkids and I had a great stay. It was all I wanted - a comfortable place for us all to get a good night's sleep, nice kitchen, lovely setting, close to skiing and stores, and quiet and relaxing.

Fantastic location and views - right on Lake Dillon, a 2-minute walk down to the shore. The town features a lot of great eating spots as well.

I have rated all of the questions a five (5),very satisfied, with the exception of the question two (2). The stove should be replaced as it is old and not in good condition. Also better instructions for using the DVD and a list of available TV stations would have been helpful.
I was particularly impressed with Katie Hastie who hndled all of our inquiries in a highly pofessional, courteous, and pompt manner. -

I wanted to thank your staff for going above and beyond during our recent rental. I rented (or so I thought) the same unit 2 weekends in a row. When I showed up right after your closing hours on the second weekend, my keys were not in the night drop box. It was my error, I didn't rent the unit. Your staff let me in after hours and took care of me. Lucky for our family, the unit was available and we had a place to stay that night. Thank you so much! We have several more weekends booked in February and March at your properties!

It was a good location for off season getaways. The unit needed light bulbs, better lighting in main bedroom bath, and in general. Nice fireplace. Nice views of Lake Dillon. Adequate kitchen, but would be nice to have known there was absolutely no basics like salt and pepper.

We were so mpressed with our stay in Dillon, we were steps away from the lake and amphitheater and enjoyed our stay. The condo we rented was clean and cozy. We will be back again next year.

The location of the condo couldn't have been better, it was a wonderful view of the lake! Our kids loved being close to the pool and to the play area as well. The oven in the unit needs some work. Stove worked as it should, but oven had to be turned to 550 to cook and even at a higher altitude seems to be a little extreme... Lights in kitchen should be checked; not all are working and in the evening are much appreciated if all will come on! Overall, we had a great time and appreciated a place on the lake, for sure! Thank you :)

We had a good time. But I should mention that the night light by the two single bed room window the lighting for the steps, it was disturbing. The blinds are not doing the job, at all. The carpet could use a good cleaning. That's about it. All the best, Aleks.

This is an older property but nice enough. The view is pretty & the park across the way handy with kids. The oven did not work. The pans in the unit are from the 70's, (you can tell by the harvest gold) & the teflon is peeling or non exixtant. Would have been nice to cook a meal but really not possible.
The mattress was hard as a ROCK! Did not get much sleep.
I would consider going back but would check to see if the mattress has been replaced. If not, I would stay elsewhere. -

This is a great condo complex to stay in if you are planning to ski at Keystone. If the Dillon dam road is open Breckenridge is about a 20 minute drive. Condo was comfortable and the flat screen TVs in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The community room with pool and two hot tubs was really nice - and clean. Bring your own coffee as none was provided.

Great location. Close to restaurants, amphitheatre, lake and playground. Nice view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Kitchen and bathrooms were good. The worst feature of the place is also the most important - the beds. Given we were out and about most of the day, rest was key and the beds are in need of a serious overhaul. The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and were overdue for replacement. I made a trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond to find a comfortable pillow. Also, there wasn't any ventilation option in the master bedroom since we weren't allowed to open the windows. Not good on a summer night.

We had a great trip! The location was perfect! The staff was very helpful. Everything was just right! The only exception was the Queen sleeper sofa. It was totally worthless.

First of all - I like staying at the Lake Cliff condos; the pool/hot tub and grounds are the best and very clean. I have stayed at other Lake Cliff units in the past and I do recomend the Lake Cliff condos. I am sorry to say, I do not recomeend 209F. The condo was clean; but the pots and pans were so old and scratched (most of the teflon was scratched off them), we could not use them. All the beds were very hard, very old and Very uncomforable. It was not just me, our entire party (7 - including youths) could not sleep on them. Most of us opted to sleep on the floor (it was more comfortable). Owners should consider getting newer beds and pots and pans. Again, I do recommend staying at Lake Cliff Condos, but I can not recommend the unit I stayed in (209F). I spent a lot of money (stayed 3 nights)and was dissapointed in our unit. thank you - kh

Thank you for your comments about this unit. I have checked out the beds and agree that most are older and uncomfortable. We will be requesting that the owner replace them along with some new pots and pans. I hope that you will give us another opportunity to earn your business at Lake Cliffe!
