Knoxville, TnPoint Dillon 205 Summit
Left on 04/18/2013 for a stay in April 2013
The view was exceptional. We loved our condo. We loved the resort group and the warm welcome. 205 has a few issues with aging. The knobs on the dishwasher are so worn you cannot tell what the settings are and have to guess at the cycles. The icemaker does not work in the refrigerator freezer and leaks into the bottom of the fridge. There is apparently something wrong with the stacked washer/dryer because the dryer takes forever to dry a load of clothes, perhaps three or four cycles using lots of extra electricity. The dryer filter has a hole causing lint to waft around the area when you try to unload the machine. The condo was wonderfully comfortable and having 2 baths a necessity for us 4 women. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We were in love with the location and the comfort and the super big tv and the awesome gas fireplace. Thanks to someone for sharing their personal condo with us. Update and fine tune it a little bit and it will be perfection.

Sugar Land, TXTidy and reasonably priced unit
Left on 03/22/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Wonderful unit with new cable and wifi access. While not completely up to date, it was clean and tidy with easy access by elevator. Major foodstore right across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. We skied Copper and Breckenridge; both are 20 min drive away. We've stayed at Point Dillon several times and been pleased with the accomodations and good value.

Brooklyn, NYWe had a great visit

We enjoyed this rental very much. The condo was clean and spacious, the building was well maintained and the view was wonderful. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the appliance. The stove top had a few burners that weren't working and the refrigerator was leaking water.

Brainerd, MNThird year with Summit Resort Rgoup
Left on 03/26/2010 for a stay in March 2010
This was our 3rd year renting condos using the Summit Resort Group. Each condo has been different offering different room configurations and amenities. The last two years we have stayed in the Point Dilion units at 413 La Bonte Street, Dillon, Co. These units are older but generally well maintained. The Summit Resort Group is quick to respond should a problem occur. We like these units because of their awesome view of the Dillon Reservoir, and great location. They're close to the wonderful City Market, restaurants, and anything else one could want or need. The underground parking is very convenient on snowy days; some units have washers and dryers. The only thing missing is internet connection. Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail are all close by. As long as we can ski we'll be back!

Castle Rock, ColoradoAwesome views!
Left on 02/24/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Point Dillon is a very comfortable place to stay.Plenty of room and amazing views of the lake and mountains. It's easy to get to, close to restaurants, shopping and any of the summit county ski slopes. The only litle snafu we ran into was access to the pool. The codes we were given didn't open the door and the only way in was if someone else would let you in. I think whoever changes the codes just didn't get back to the office promptly with the new codes. Other than that we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Destin FLgreat but unfortunate vacation
Left on 07/29/2009 for a stay in July 2009
We arrived on Tues pm. Enjoyed our first walk across the Dam on wed am. Got food at the city Market and visited all the old haunts. Things were geeat until about 130 1m on Sat morning when I had a severe attack of altitude sickness. t quickly decided that we had to leave for lower ground and we left for TX about 915am. our checkout was easy and I had no trouble arranging for a friend who was going to dtay with us the second week to pickup the key when he arrived. Un fortunately, my Dr says i should find a "lower" place to vacation!
Many thanks for your hospitality and assisance.
