My wife and I always try to lock in this condo for the location and the condo itself. The view is amazing with an unobstructed view of the lack and easy access to Dillon, Silverthorne and the walking paths.
During the winter and ski season this would be a great location between Keystone and Breck, and the indoor parking is a nice plus! If looking for a place to stay, don't hesitate to line up some relaxing time here. -

The view from this unit cannot be surpassed. The unit was large and had many good amenities. However, it did need some updating(kitchen, beds, bath, etc.) and general routine maintenance. You could tell it had not been used in a while, therefore, it had not been cleaned (dusted, aired out, etc.) in some time. If we were to stay at this particular condo again, we would look for a different unit unless it was updated.

4th floor condo with elevator access! Liked the huge plate glass windows in both living room and bedroom that gave a great view of Lake Dillon and mountains. Condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Cable TV even had Versus channel for Tour de France live viewing! Can a vacation get any better?
Condo renovations were underway during our July stay, including window replacement, entry lighting upgrades, new entry doors, exterior painting, elevated walkway upgrades, and driveway repairs. All are timely upgrades to ensure this property retains and maintains its luxury rating. All were only minor inconveniences as the Property manager was most responsive to our needs during this stay.
Great location, with easy access to rec-path. Spacious balcony with the best view in entire Summit County (lake and mountains).
Mgmt accommodated our early check-in request so we could get a head start on a great stay.
