      Beautiful Condo

Left on 06/10/2013 for a stay in May 2013

We got married on the lawn in front of these condos on Lake Dillon and booked this condo for our hairdresser to stay. We got ready here and walked out to the ceremony. The view is absolutely gorgeous from this condo and the patio walks out to a huge beautiful lawn.

While I would not consider this condo "luxury", it was clean, updated and well maintained. The bar/kitchen area is comfortable and great for relaxing/gathering. The location is great for access to all ski areas during the winter and lots of other activities, hiking, biking, restaurants, etc, during the summer.

All around great place to stay, highly recommend it.

      Comfortable, Peaceful, Clean, Great View

Left on 12/12/2012 for a stay in December 2012

I recently spent 5 days in condo 109 and it was fantastic. The back door/window overlooks the beautiful Dillon Reservoir that is surrounded by the incredible high-peaked Rockies. The appliances are all new, there is a switch-operated gas fireplace, two bathrooms, a great long bar/counter/table that easily seats six, 2 flat-screen HD tvs, blu-ray player, leather sofa, HD Cable TV, and surround sound. There are two queen beds and the sofa has a pull-out bed as well.

The town of Dillon, an accomodating high-elevation town, is close to most of the major ski resorts, has plenty of restuarants, is close to great shopping, and provides opportunity for activties in every season (The fall colors are amazing!).

The only drawbacks to the condo were that I continually had to leave a window/sliding door cracked open because I could not turn the heat down enough. I had both thermostats switched off, but if all the doors/windows were closed the condo got up to over 80 degrees (without the fireplace being on). Also, there is only the six kitchen chairs and the sofa for seating. These drawbacks are far exceeded by the overall great experience in condo 109.

Great place that I'll definitely rent again!

Very nice place to stay while we were snowboarding. Great location lets you get to several great ski resorts in less than 30 minutes (7 to Keystone). Great view of Lake Dillon out on the patio. Everything that we needed was there!

      Family Reunion by the Lake

Left on 07/29/2010 for a stay in July 2010

Vacationed many times at this condo, but never before in Unit #109. Probably the most luxuriously furnished unit. Big flat screen TV, comfy leather couch, nice long kitchen counter, comfy beds. No maid service, towel changes even after 6 nights. Minor things--the kitchen counter wouldn't allow you to sit with knees under the counter so had to push back a bit, the nightstand by the bed by the bathroom left too little room to walk by it. The biggest problem was a "knocking" sound within the walls at night. Didn't sound like plumbing, more like a tapping or ticking sound but loud enough to wake us up. We reported it to management. Another room used by our group had the same thing. Other that that, can't beat the surroundings. Walking, biking, town is close enough to walk. We love Lake Dillon.

      Nice interior, but thin walls

Left on 01/06/2010 for a stay in December 2009

We loved the location of the Dillon condo we stayed in. There were many places of interest nearby including ski and board shops, grocery stores, public transportation stations and even a movie theatre. The appliances were up to date and the kitchen was fully equipped. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, allowing noise from surrounding condos to seep in from all directions. There was also a steady, metal clanking noise(cold pipes?) we could hear from the bedroom each night that was annoying, but wasn't quite loud enough to keep us awake. Overall, the condo was good for the money and we would return again.
