Great location with large deck looking out over lake dillon and views of breck and keystone but no privacy on the deck, it is shared with the other residents. Condo is very old and needs to be updated, bring your own humidifiers as the electric baseboard heat is extremely dry. Baseboard heaters need attention, covers are barely on and the heating elements are covered with dirt and lint. Bathroom fixtures are from the 60's with limited privacy in the master due to the folding sliding door arrangement. Tv's are from the 70's with a 19" in the living room and a 21" in the bedroom. Okay if you plan on being outside all the time...

Thanks for the honest review. All our units are individually owned and we try to encourage owners to complete updates and follow our suggested upgrades such as installing free WiFi and flatscreen TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. We will clean the heating registers as you suggest. Many of our other units at this complex have completed substantial upgrades or complete renovations. Our website shows each unit's photos. This was a Groupon stay and we did sell all of the available units so we filled every unit we had at the complex to accommodate as many guests as possible. We will pass along your review to the owners and do our best to implement your upgrade suggestions.
