Everything that had to do with our rental experience was perfect. The amenities, comfort, scenery, and location to local businesses and resorts was amazing. The check-in/check-out process was seamless and quick. The staff was very helpful and kind. I will plan to stay here every time I vacation in Colorado.

The location is perfect. The view is very good. Nice landscape. Lots of winter activities close by like skiing, snowmobiling, and gondola.

Our stay at Lake Dillon Condo 205 was wonderful! The condo is in great shape, has all the amenities one would need, and is comfortable. Keystone ski resort was only a 10 minute drive, which was very convenient.
The only negative comment I have is that there was food (granola) left under the couch. It was obvious the cleaning crew did not clean/vacuum under the furniture. I am glad I found the food before my 1 year old did! -

We enjoyed our trip to Summit County. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The view was awesome!!
The only thing we didn't like was the Shared Balconies. The neighbors were always on the balcony when we were & we enjoyed talking to them, however, it would have been nice to have some private moments on the Balcony. (the neighbors live there in the Summer). If we stayed at these condos again we would choose an end unit.

This was our second visit to this condominium, and we enjoyed it as much this time as the first. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The unobstructed view of Lake Dillon and the mountains is spectacular. We met several owners and enjoyed talking with them. We were able to negotiate a fair rate with Summit Resort Group.

We had 6 guys staying in this condo and it was great. There was plenty of room for people to sleep and place their items. The open porch was nice to go out and look at the lake. After a long day of skiing it was great to go relax in the hot tub. The condo facility was conveniently located relative to the grocery store.

We really enjoyed the newly refurbished unit. The view of Lake Dillon was spectacular and the accommodations were quite comfortable.
If I had to find a negative, it was that there were times when we could hear children running around on the balconies.
