I dwelled in this small spot for three months, and wish I was there today. It's simple so if that's not your thing then keep moving, but truly all you need and more. Best view of the lake in all of Dillon, and short walk to bar. Summit Resort Group was amazing, and any time there was a problem with the unit they would tend to it immediately.
I liked the rustic, ridiculous antler chandelier the most, and liked the antler chandelier the least. -

The location on the lake is great! It was wonderful to be able to look outside and see the lake and mountains! The building is getting a bit dated, the condo itself was clean and comfortable but not well insulated from sound. The condo was well equiped, minus shampoo/conditioner, a pizza cutter, and a real fireplace. The hot tub was small, but useable. Overall a nice stay.

Mike at Summit Resorts set me up with a sweet 2nd floor condo at Lake Dillon with great vies of the lake, waling distance to town and a nice, clean unit that was perfect for a couple, for a long weekend or even week. The only negative was the hot tub area (indoor and dark). Ample parking and a elevator which really helps. The bike trail right out the door is a bonus. High recommended

Excellent view.
Disappointed with no pool and could not figure out the TV in living room and remote would not work in the bed room.
