This is a very nice rental unit. It is spacious and is in a great location. We had a great time. This unit is very convenient to the garage and pool. Would stay ther again.
Only negatives was the water was warm not hot. Ok for showers, not good for baths, we mentioned this to Summit Resort, but did not get fixed during our stay. It also could have been cleaned a little better. Appearance looks good, just don't look under a bed or couch. A few broken things (front door knob, microwave handle). All easy fixes that would only improve the unit. -

My family and friends have rented from Summit Resort Group for years. We have stayed at Marina Place at least 3 times--maybe 4--through the years. What I like about Marina Place is its central location in Dillon. I also like the fact that a heated swimming pool and hot tub are close to all the condos and my kids love to swim. The parking is nice too because it's covered and that means a lot when it precipitates. Summit Resort Group is very professional and I have never had a problem with after-hours check-in. However, MP114 needs some work. The carpet is filthy--especially in the kitchen. The entire condo needs to have the carpet cleaned. The condo needs deep cleaning and is not a place I would walk around without shoes. A pay-per-use laundry is provided to guests and we did take avantage of that service. But, we were only provided 5 towels for 5 people for 4 nights. Those towels must be used for both showers and the pool. More towles should be provided. There were only 2 kitchen towels. We ran out of napkins, toilet paper and paper towels. I expected at least a 4-day supply of those items. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with the exception of left-over containers. If you plan to cook, I would advise bringing disposable containers for left-overs. As for the pool area, be prepared for a very small hot tub that holds about 5-6 people comfortably. The pool area is old and not very clean. However, the pool is a nice size and the kids love it. If not for the pool, we would likely stay elsewhere. MP114 is not as roomy as say Sante Fe A & B but the pool is an added bonus and the bedrooms are a very nice size. The fireplace is great but there is absolutely no view whatsoever. There are 2 TVs--one in the living area and one in the master b-room. Both work well. For the price, MP114 is a condo that we would stay in again. However, we would expect cleaner carpet, more towels and more supplies. Good-Luck! John Brown, Oklahoma.

We had two groups and really needed to be a bit closer together to enjoy
everyone, but the condo was nice. Kitchen lacked a few essentials but we
made it work. Laundry facilities didn't work all that well while we were there.
Beds were comfortable
