Spacious 2 bedroom condo on Lake Dillon. Large private deck, free WiFi, grill, wood fireplace, washer/dryer, jetted tub. Bedding arrangement K + D, D+D, QSS. 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail and 45 minutes to Beaver Creek. Walk to Dillon Marina and Dillon Amphitheater. Central to all services: supermarkets, snowsport rentals, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, bowling, parks.On the Summit County Recreation Path that stretches from Keystone to Copper Mountain offering over 30 miles of paved biking and walking paths.

This unit has not been touched since the 70s. Even the pots and pans were old and not stove worthy. It was disappointing to be in a place that was so unkept and everything was worn - blankets, the furniture the carpet, the slider would hardly open. Probably perfect for people that just want a place to sleep, not to enjoy their time by the lake.

Right after this review we took the unit off the short term rental program and notified the owner of all the problems. We also provided the guests with a complimentary 1 night stay in Dillon. Because it is a big unit on Lake Dillon, we are working with the owner to complete upgrades and get it back on the vacation rental program.

Very nice property, great location, dog friendly and just plain comfortable. -- I still don't understand the why of the layout of the one bathroom in the Timberline units.
