Left on 08/09/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Myself and four other guests reserved this two bedroom condo for a popular festival weekend. After checking in, we entered the condo to find a foul smell and what appeared to be vomit on the carpet. We were unable to get the carpet cleaned until after 12pm the next afternoon, which made for a miserable night/morning. Amenities, such as towels and pillows, were sparse at best considering we were there for three days. Additionally, the live-in neighbor across the hall was unbelievably rude and imposing on our vacation. While the location is convenient, the over all trouble of owner, property management company, and ridiculous neighbor did not cover the cost. Very disappointing overall, rent from another owner.

It was a great place to stay. We walked to the slopes everyday. Loved the heated parking and ski lockers. Our unit was nice and looked updated.
Did not care for the check-in process. We arrived after hours and had to drive up to Frisco from Keystone the next morning to check in and lost some ski time. Also when checking out, we had to drive back up to Frisco to do so before heading to Denver. That was the only negative of the trip.
