Sunny warm house with two new bathrooms, TV in each room, Free internet, Comcast cable, lots of space. It is surrounded by the best biking, gold medal fishing rivers and lakes. Walking distance to Lake Dillon, restaurants and stores. Golf at two amazing courses at Keystone Ranch. Less than a mile away from the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Easy access to I-70, 1 hour drive from Denver.

We had a blast in this cozy mountain house! The bedrooms are all very comfortable, the kitchen is fully supplied with all the cookware and gadgets we could use, and the large dining room table is graced with a gorgeous mountain view. We warmed our ski boots by the stove in the living room each morning while sharing breakfast with family and friends before heading out to Keystone Resort, which is just minutes away. The house easily accommodates families or large groups of friends with three bathrooms and plenty of space in the driveway for parking. We enjoyed our evenings in the comfy living room playing games we found in the hall closet and listening to the stereo. On our last night we finally used the large flat screen Hdtv with the DVD player, curling up on the couch and sharing some popcorn. A romantic movie we rented in town was all we needed to punctuate the end of our trip with a hearty supply of fond memories from our mountain adventure!

This 3BR single-family house in Dillon Valley is very convenient and comfortable. I have stayed here a few times and enjoy having a full kitchen, BBQ, TV & DVD to entertain a group of friends and family. There is extra space to have people sleep in the sunroom- perfect for the kids. The house has a mountain home feel with log siding outside and gas stove in the living room- the setup of the house really brings people together into the main areas to relax and enjoy time together.
The location is close to shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to Keystone. Other resorts are 20-40 minutes away. It is great to have the flexibilty to choose! In the summer, we walked to the Town of Dillon outdoor ampitheater and danced to live music, then hit the local brewery and walked home!
Did I mention: plenty of parking and a jacuzzi tub in the master.
