East Bay unit 210 is a one bedroom and one bath property. It is 670 square feet There is a washer/dryer in the building for use. It has a gas grill. One T.V. A woodburning fireplace, the bedding is Queen, and Queen sofa sleeper in the livingroom. The views of Lake Dillon from the deck are the focus of this very nice property. An excellent value for the money. Although this is an older property, it is clean and nicely furnished and was well worth the money. I could not find a better deal and saved a lot of money.5 Diamomd was great to work with and made the rental process easy and hassle free. The owners provided most everything you could imagine - I didn't have to purchase anything (except food) while I was there. The location was close to town and centrally located to nearby Frisco, Breckenridge, etc. This was a value that could not be beat and will do it again!

Stayed here every year since 2007 - a recommendation in itself! Very clean & care taken to make it a 'home away from home'. Very comfortable in every respect, plus access to a great spa. Excellent WiFi & Cable, but the TV needs to be updated to include an Hdmi slot. The lounge window & verandah overlook the mountains & the Lake Dillon - magnificent! Overall, highly recommended.

We had a problem with the cable company and the rental service took care of the problem. The home was very nice and clean. We did replace some light bulbs. The location was awesome and the views were great. It was very quite and peaceful.

Our stay at Eastbay #210 was so enjoyable. Every morning was spent on the balcony overlooking Lake Dillon with a cup of coffee. The unit is very well equipped and had everything we needed. The 5 Diamond staff were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the many hiking trails as well as the entertainment at the Marina. We hope to stay there again soon.
