This Beautifly Well Kept two bedroom condo is great for a family or small group looking to get away to the mountains! The Central Location is great if you want to get the full Summit County experience. It is just a block from the Lake Dillon Bike Trail, giving you access to the County's extensive recreation trail system, and just a short walk from the free Summit Stage bus stop to get you anywhere you want within the County.

5 Diamond Lodging is a very accomodating management firm. Lakehaus Unit C-2 is cozy and comfortable but is roomy too. It is ideally located for Keystone and Breckenridge skiing. I like having a fully equipped kitchen, and this unit has one. The only drawback is the area's cell phone service, which is poor for all major carriers at this time.

We have stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the last several years and while this one was nice in many ways, there are also some improvements to be noted.
First with pluses:
*awesome Couch & Loveseat --- comfy & cozy
*Thermostat controlled fireplace so came on automatically - very nice to come 'home' to
*Beds and pillows were comfy and warm
*Plenty of Space in Living Room & Bedrooms
*Furnishings were thoughtful and warm --- felt like home
*All areas of the home stayed warm when it was zero degrees outside
Opportunities for Improvement:
*No hair dryer - this should be told to the renter (had to buy one)
*Dishes in the cabinet weren't very clean & had to wash prior to use
*There wasn't a coffee grinder or mixer --- we cooked almost every meal and we ended up buying a coffee grinder and being creative with the food processor for the mixing need
*Kitchen rug and Futon cover are badly soiled and need to be replaced
*Internet did not work well --- had to be by the kitchen to get any signal (very frustrating)
Because of the price, I'm not sure we'd stay here again but we did enjoy our ski trip and had fun exploring the towns!
