Holiday home with private and enclosed garden, with play area with slide, swings, towers and bridges!
10 min from Dinan, located in a pretty country setting in Brittany. A great base to visit medieval Dinan, St Malo and Mont St Michel.
Ground floor: light and airy lounge/dining room with patio doors into the garden, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room and a separate wc.
First floor: 3 large bedrooms arranged to fit your requirements (3 double beds, six single beds, or any combination in-between). WC / shower room.
SAT/TV with DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ
The villa has its own boule pitch, swings and slide.
All this within a walled landscaped garden.
At 2km from the very well appointed town of Evran with its bakeries, supermarket, bars and restaurants, banks, petrol station, etc.
Activities nearby: golf courses, lakes, zoo, aqua park, horse riding, mini golf,
water sports, as well as the medieval towns of Combourg, Dinan and Rennes.
Well equipped for families with young children: 2 cots, 2 highchairs, stair gates, baby bath and changing facilities, toilet reducer, bottle warmer, etc.
There is a large selection of DVDs, games and toys.
A comprehensive visitor’s book filled with information and leaflets and maps will inform you about the area, places to visit, market days, local supermarkets, etc.
