Babbling Brook Cottages established in 1987 is bordered by George Child's National Park with 5 waterfalls & hiking trails just 85 yds. behind my cottages. You can enjoy some fishing in the creek while others can explore, swim & enjoy the magnificent waterfalls.

Babbling Brook Cottages offers 5 Charming Cottages for the perfect Pocono Vacation the way it was intended. Whether you're looking for a great place for a honeymoon, romantic get-a-way, a family vacation or even a seminar, these country cottages are perfect. Each cottage is private & all have a private deck or patio with a private patio table & BBQ grill & flower garden. I am we...ll-known for my Cleanliness! Just 3 miles from the Delaware River where you can be rent canoes & bicycles for the bike trails along the Delaware River. I am 8 miles south of Milford Beach & 8.5 miles north of Babbling Brook Cottages is Historic Village of Milford, a beautiful and nostalgic town with a wide array of restaurants, specialty shops, many unique antique shops, museum, Grey Towers & great for bike riding. I am 11.5 miles from Bushkill Falls , where all the Pocono attraction begin.

All cottages have fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, VCR & some a CD player. There are bon-fire pits so that you can enjoy a warm evening fire with friends and family under 90' pines (wood is supplied).

  I had read in one of the reviews on Trip advisor that Babbling Brooks was Nightmare of 50s decor and that the management was surely however, I found none of that to be anywhere close to the truth.
  Babbling Brooks Cottages more than met my expectations. This small enclave of cottages nestled in the midst of the Childs National Forest, provided the perfect escape from the rat race. My wife, granddaughter and our two dogs spent three days here and our only regret was that we did not have more time to spend. The cottages were very nicely decorated and gave the feeling of a late 19th/early 20th century. Not the Nightmare of 50s decor that I had read about. The kitchen was well equipped and everything we could have wanted was there. In addition to a TV, small stereo system and video player, the inclusion of games to play, as well a small supply of videos and books was what I considered above and beyond expectations. The cabin and the facilities as a whole were pristinely clean and in my opinion meticulously maintained. The management and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit and gave one the feeling of being more a personal guest than a customer.
  Being in the national park, there are a large number of hiking trails and park activities to do in the summer months. The only drawback is that there is no store for groceries close. Bring what you need or be ready to drive to Milford for what you didn't bring. What I would consider a minor inconvenience at the worst.
  If you are looking for a quiet cozy get away, or a romantic weekend, Babling Brooks needs to be on your radar. We plan to make this a regular stop for us and look forward to our next visit
