One of the jewels of Discovery Bay, Sugar Bay is a gorgeous 5-bedroom beach front villa designed and built by its present owners to capture the authentic style of a traditional Caribbean villa. Although built only in 1995, the quality of materials and workmanship recall a sadly lost construction era.
The main entrance leads into a spacious two-story living room with a curving sculpted staircase to a gallery hall, sitting/television area and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Great place and vacation! Just some positive suggestions brought out below and to add to them, it would be nice to have a couple floating loungers for the bay area other than noodles" as it's so beautiful to just "be" on the water! Spectacular from the moment we arrived at the villa until we departed. Great staff...great villa....a very enjoyable vacation.....the few minor problems with transportation were quickly overcome....pre-stocking was excellent....meals were great and sitting with chef after arrival made meal planning easy....

Villa and staff were the best ever. Jamaica did not have the caliber of snorkeling we like but other than that it was ok.
