Amanoka is a stunning seven-bedroom villa located on its own 70' private, powder-white sand beach, lapped by the azure waters of Discovery Bay. Aman-oka means 'peaceful home' and this 9,600 square foot villa features exquisite design elements. Lily ponds meander around the exterior of the villa. The dramatic entrance hall is always decked with fresh flowers and welcomes guests across the garden's bridge into the vast entry hall. Just beyond are the infinity pool and open air Balinese pavilion with views of the waters of Discovery Bay. Only the finest quality materials were used and kept true to the East Asian design motif. <br /> <br... />Indeed, many of Amanoka's features are authentic and imported from Bali. The villa is built in several pavilions. The compound consists of the Main Villa/Pavilion and the Annex that is located across an exterior landscaped walkway. The villa's main pavilion houses an elegant living area, dining room, entertainment and lounge room. The villa's Great Room is nicely equipped with 32''cable TV & Satellite, VCR, DVD, Bose surround sound system and CD player, bumper pool, game table and opens to the pool terrace with bamboo pavilion and Jacuzzi. <br /> <br />Amanoka features seven air-conditioned bedrooms and 7.5 baths. French doors lead to outdoor sitting pavilion and pool terrace offering a lovely view of the bay.<br /><br />Bamboo Room 300 sq ft<br />King-size bed; en-suite bathroom, stone bathtub-shower combination, bidet,<br />lush garden view through louvered windows<br /><br />Mahogany Room 300 sq ft<br />Two queen-size beds; en-suite bathroom, stone bathtub-shower combination, slate vanity, bidet,<br />garden view.<br /><br />The Annex 3,200 Square Feet (located across the landscaped courtyard and lawn):<br />Upstairs <br />Two master bedrooms ... both king-size ... each with en-suite bathroom, tub-shower combination. <br />French doors lead from each to balcony, hammock and lovely view.<br /><br />Downstairs <br />Bedroom 1 -Optional king-size or twin beds; en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower. French doors to terrace.<br /><br />Bedroom 2 - Queen-size bamboo bed; en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower. French doors to terrace.<br /><br />The villa's annex houses a fully equipped and air-conditioned fitness center. The air-conditioned gym features free weights as well as a Precor elliptical, treadmill, fitness DVDs, balls, mat and music. <br /><br />A 16 x 16 floating spa pavilion features an outside covered trellis area for wet treatments and a large open air rain shower.<br /><br />Yoga classes and spa treatments may be arranged. <br /><br />A private tennis court with a Novacrylic surface is located just across the street from the villa. The court is lighted for night play and racquets are provided. <br /> <br />Other amenities include complementary high speed Internet access, computer and Fax as well as IP phone for complementary long distance calling.<br /> <br />Discovery Bay, Amanoka's location, is a quiet sleepy fishing village. The colorful resort town of Ocho Rios is located a 30 minute drive from the villa and offers Dunn's River Falls, restaurants, shops, art galleries, craft markets, working plantation tours and a variety of watersports. The drive from the Montego Bay Airport to Amanoka is approximately 70 minutes but it is a pretty drive along the island's lush coast. <br /> <br />Fully staffed with a chef, butler and household staff Amanoka is highly recommended for discerning travelers. <br />Unfortunately, no weddings are permitted at Amanoka<br /><br />If occupancy in excess of 14 guests is approved, a surcharge of $150 per additional guest per night will apply.</p>
