The first floor of my house VILLAKHAWA is perfect for your stay at djerba . very comfortable, ciute, access to internet free, this flat is independant with a covered terrace upstair and an other one downstair, a balcony at the entrance. Your gate is private , the terrace too

Ciute, and recently renovated this 2 bedroomed flat of 70m² is Ideally situated not far to the sandy beach (1,5km) ,near the countryside with olive trees and plam trees , and 2kilometers far from the center Midoun village ,the house has been renovated to European standards while maintaining a djerbian atmosphere.

All furniture is hand made by local arti...sans ..high confort for beds and electric material.

2 bedrooms,

1 independant well equipped kitchen with washing machine and so on.

a shower room, with Hairdryer

a living room with sofas and desk.

minimum stay 7 days ...

Airport transfers can be organised. just over 20 minutes' drive from airport djerba melita.(10€)

house keeper ,babysitting, can be proposed "Price list" in addition.

from 200m to 300m you can find taxis , restaurants, coffee shop ,and shops, thalasso, golf, casino , quad , beaches DIALYSE CLINIC. and so on .

quiet district.

no swimming pool in the garden but you can use the swimming pool in an hotel 3* closed to (near ) the villa (700m) which accept our guests..

sports club, casino , golf , quad and so on are at less than 3kilometers

a kite club come and drive you to the lagune free to practice kite

a dialyse private clinic is located at 1km (the private clinic come to drive you in especially vehicule to the dialyse)

an esthetic chirugical private clinic is located at 2km.

you like to see marvellous landscapes , in our hilux pick up 4x4 , excursions : oasis , desert, tipical villages ...you choose we organize (130euros a day for 3 persons)

you must pay all the stay to have a good price : 250€ a week instead of 500 (and transats, internet will be free too ...) 36€ a day ...

if villakhawa first floor is not free we can propose you closed to it our second house villaliza for 3 persons.

entre plages et campagne , entre zone touristique et village ; la villakhawa se trouve à proximité de tout , de la thalasso au shopping, des sports d'eau aux ballades à cheval. cherchez la sur une carte par satellite pour mieux la situer.
ce n'est pas une simple location saisonniere , c'est l'etage de ma residence lorsque je suis à Djerba aussi est elle pratique , agréable à vivre , joliement décorée et possède le confort des habitations européennes avec internet en wifi etc ...
les petits tarifs des restaurants et cafés de proximité vous permettront un budget serré , aussi bien que pour les massages hammam et soins beauté proposés par les centres "locaux" du village.

T3 with terrace upstair for 6 persons if you are only two persons we can propose you villaliza (not on flipkey).

Electricity included within the limits of a normal use, raised(found) to compeur upon your arrival

  Djerba is a pleasant holiday destination, where you can practice sport, take advantage of magnificent beaches of sand or thalassotherapy, go shopping in souks and shops, discover the local life (it was very pleased to see the sheeps walked doown the street to go to the field only 100m from the house, see the horses go to the ranch or Carriages transporting the tourists in the district !). villakhawa was perfect, it was exactly as the pictures shown on the website,we were only 2 persons so we chose the garden level of the villakhawa ,instead of an impersonal hotel .We had a private charming garden with tennis table , and a yard closed to the kitchen ...(and there was nobody in the flat of the first floor which have a privacy entrance).
  
  This one is really charming, well-equiped comfortable, Furnished and decorated tastefully .Quiet and close to , restaurants, retail trades and "tea room ,caf?".The house does not have a swimming pool but the owner of the villa has an agreement with the manager of an hotel (700M) to use the swimming pool anytime we wanted to.
  Taxis are very cheap , but we often go the the beach by foot (1500m) and we could see the camels , the menzels, the djerbian country ... (in november we could swim! but the water was fresh a little) we chose to have telephon and internet (it was cheap and very usefull )but no house keeper !
  the owner was not at djerba when i go but they say me by mail all i wanted to know , when i arrived , I had the feeling to go to friends and not to a rent!The guard (caretaker) who is a Tunisian, received us very friendly. We could contact him 24 hours over 24 if we needed.
  i hope to go back soon with friends so we can rent all the house (for 10)
