Additional notes from owner
$100 Reservation Fee to reserve your stay for singles and couples. This converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. Checks and Paypal are accepted. Your balance due must be received 3 weeks prior to occupation. Cancelled reservations forfeit their deposit but the occupation rate will be refunded. The reservation is for 5 or less people. If you have more people in your party, we will negotiate the fee. Well behaved pets are negotiable. (A pet fee and additional damage deposit is required.) The damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days, if there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Discounted Rates cannot be combined. (i.e. senior discounts and specials).There is a one time $5O cleaning fee. Our lodging tax is 6.5%.

Tom and Lana Chaddic created a perfect home away from home for our week's stay in Southwest Colorado. We could fix our meals, lounge in the hot tub, read in the gazebo, and relax when we came back from a day of sightseeing. It's the perfect start off point for visiting all the surrounding sites --Durango RR, Telluride, Mesa Verde, Canyon De Chilly, Choco Canyon, Cortez, Anasazi Heritage Center, Crow Canyon, Hovenweep. And they are perfect hosts too!

Charming house with a lot of unique personal touches,decor,antiques,hot tub etc. The teenagers enjoyed playing basketball and hiking up the back part of the property. The full moon and outdoor hot tub was a special treat.

This was an amazing weekend!! We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the peaceful setting. This location wa about an hour from beautiful Telluride and just minutes from Mesa Verde. The town nearby is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the area as well. Our hosts were pleasant, courteous and gave us plenty of space to enjoy ourselves on your little vacation, but were readily available if needed. My teenagers enjoyed playing basketball outside in the clean fresh air of Dolores. This location was extremely affordable for it's location and I will recommend this place to everyone!
