New house up above Dominical with amazing views overlooking the rainforest canopy and out to the ocean. Surfing, waterfalls, nature trails and the town of Dominical all within a 10 minute drive (or walking distance if you enjoy hikes in a tropical climate). Quite really in the middle of the rainforrest with beautiful overlook and almost no one else around. Perfect for sitting for a moment and reflecting on nothing. Would definitely love to go back again as soon as possible : )

Views from the wrap-around deck are sublime and the amazing bird life every bit as prolific as the glossiest brochures promise. The complete privacy of this new home combined with its very comfortable, nicely appointed creature comforts make it one of the best values we had!
Very comfortable and super convenient proximity to the beach, Cr's highest rated surfing, hang-gliding, fishing, reasonably priced restaurants, stores, communication services and more. This place was the highlight of our two-week vacation to Costa Rica.
By far, one of the best experiences we've had in more than 20 countries in the past 25 years. We can't wait to go back!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It's basically like staying in a house (shower, bathroom, kitcken, etc), only way better because it's so open to nature. We canceled reservations at a nice hotel up in Manual antonio because we much preferred to stay at Kathleen's lot. It's perfect for almost any situation, alone, with family, or with your partner. You will not regret staying there!!
