This 4 Bedroom Mediterranean home is well equipped & perfect for 2 families, a small wedding party, or group retreats providing 3800+ sq. ft. total with the 1st, 2nd split levels; including the finished tiled rooftop with gazebo on the 3rd level. Full, it can accommodate 12 people utilizing 2 pull out sofas. Amenities include a private swimming pool & backyard, PLUS your own personal & reliable onsite security/ groundskeeper available 24/7.

There are 2 separate gated parking areas & entrances for parking. The upper unit has direct access to the huge 350+ sq. ft. rooftop terrace providing constant, gentle tropical breezes & a slight view of the ocean.

RENT HALF THE VILLA FOR HALF THE PRICE: Smaller group of 6 or less? but still want the privacy of a villa with a private pool, yard, & rooftop? No problem, you can Rent the whole villa,.. or just the 2nd level, for half the price.

Airport & prearrange with us transportation with an English speaking driver who knows the area well. Most Taxi drivers only know where the resorts are & not the names of condo communities or Plazas.
