The Mediterranean sea from the window of your villa in the South of Sardinia, in a fantastic area of ??Chia with its gorgeous white sand dunes. The house is a Townhouse with an independent and panoramic garden and is situated on the ridge of a hill overlooking the fantastic white sandy beaches of Chia, and culminates on the horizon with the beautiful beaches of Bithia, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Acquadulci and Tuerredda.

In the heart of Chia delightful detached villa developed on one floor embraced by a garden with soft... grass, Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees and flowers. The scenery is pure Mediterranean to rediscover spending wonderful hours under a patio. Perfectspaces that divide with balance the living area from the night one. The living area welcomes you to a bright and spacious living room with fireplace a functional kitchen with access to the patio on the front, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day. So the night and his rest, are three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with French bed) and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. Around the embrace of a garden that provides the strength and intensity of the Mediterranean and its privacy more genuine, in the splendor of summer and winter in the warm intimacy.

In the South West of Sardinia, long the S.S 195 at the 37,800 km there is the ‘Comunione Pineta Is Morus’, near to the Fort Village, to the Is Morus Hotel, to the Is Molas Golf Club and only 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Chia beaches. Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods and other Mediterranean plants and oleanders. The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground. During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer season is equipped by a kiosk and its possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snaks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers other fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.

In the prices are included towels and linen, also naturally the changeover that we usually do on Saturday. The only extra cost to be payed in loco on the arrival date are Euro 200,00 for the final cleanings and Euro 500,00 for the deposit guarantee that will be returned on the departure date
