Self catering villa rentals in Chianti region of Reggello, Situated high above sea level on a hill overlooking the enchanting Chianti region and the beautiful Arno valley, Villa Fontana is a charming villa that was built in the early eighteen hundreds. Nestling among lush olive groves, this grand self catering has a total of seven spacious bedrooms and five modernised bathrooms offering scenic views and utmost comfort. It also has a lovely terrace well equipped with a glass table and chairs for outdoor dining. This area offers a spectacular view of the Arno valley and organically maintained olive groves. The stone terrace is an ideal place to... watch the setting of the Tuscan sun. There is a pool which is a modern one and also has stone patios for sunbathing. Behind the villa, there are tennis courts for the private use of the guests. The ground floor of the roomy villa contains two large living areas. Each of these rooms has its own exclusive open fireplace; luxurious sofas to sink into and relax in, a colour TV, a home phone and a piano. Palladium windows enhance the views from the room. The dining room has an elegant look with its wooden beamed ceiling and its antique wooden table. It is the perfect setting for candle lit dinners. The kitchen is situated behind one of the living rooms. It is large, spacious and well equipped. It has a traditional look and feel of Tuscany inspiring guest to cook the perfect Tuscan meal in its premises. It has a lot of pots and pans as well as kitchen appliances including a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Italian coffee maker and toaster. There is also a dishwasher. On the first floor, there is a big billiards room. It is a full size room, elegantly furnished and well lit with a pleasant seating space. In front of this room there is a long balcony offering scenic views. There are three bedrooms on this floor. Two bedrooms are queen sized ones while the third one is a twin bedroom. This floor also has two well equipped bathrooms one has a shower, sink, WC and bidet while the other has bath tub, WC, bidet, sink as well as a washing machine. There are four bedrooms on the second floor; two are queen size and two are twin bedrooms. There are two well furnished bathrooms on this floor. Other features include barbecue, CD player, stereo, internet connection and satellite TV. There is a small village Fronzano which is about a five minute charming walk through cypress tree lined avenues. The villa is easily accessible to the city of Florence by train or car.
